"A great stopover hotel to walk the Malverns"
A very pleasant hotel stay with a warm friendly welcome, great breakfast and accommodating staff. A short drive to Malverns link and the foot of the Malverns ridge

"Excellent value with friendly and helpful staff."
We have stayed here on several occasions. each time the staff go out of there way to help in any way they can, nothing is too much trouble. We had requested a walk in shower and they managed to sort it out on arrival. The rooms are always clean and more than adequate for our needs, certainly excellent value for money. We only had a continental breakfast on 2 mornings with more than enough to choose from as we were visiting family in the area. I would certainly recommend this particular Inn.

"Would definitely return staff excellent"
Had a wonderful stay at the Premier Inn Malvern! The hotel was spot on, clean, and comfortable, but a special shoutout has to go to Linda. Her warmth and bubbly personality made our visit extra special. Thank you, Linda, and the team

"Why oh why is Wi-Fi charged as an extra?"
The hotel is conveniently situated in an industrial environment behind another spa hotel. The room was reasonably clean apart from cobwebs all over the bedside cupboard. The bathroom was OK and the shower was reasonably powerful. Slightly intimidating and aggressively worded parking notices, you have to give your number plate within 10 minutes of arrival otherwise you get fined. The other tedious thing is the fact that decent Wi-Fi is treated as an extra cost. It is 2026, decent Wi-Fi is essential. I went with the basic Wi-Fi, it was not adequate. The idea that you should pay extra is just robbery. Breakfast was worthwhile.

"Pleasant family stay with some lovely touches"
We stayed at Premier Inn Malvern as a family of four — two adults and two children — for one night. We arrived at around 1:50pm after a four-hour drive. Check-in wasn’t until 3pm, so we had to pay an additional £15 to access our room early. This was a little disappointing considering there was only just over an hour until the standard check-in time.
We stay at Premier Inns all over England as our children absolutely love them. We were given Room 7 and were pleasantly surprised to find some lovely little gifts waiting for the children when we arrived. It was such a thoughtful touch and really made their day.
The room itself was a little dated and looked as though it could do with a fresh coat of paint, but it was clean and perfectly adequate for our one-night stay. The air conditioning worked really well and was very welcome.
Breakfast was really nice, with plenty of choice, and the staff worked hard to make sure everything was kept stocked. Some members of staff were definitely more friendly and welcoming than others, but overall we had a pleasant experience.
Overall, a comfortable one-night stay. The little gifts for the children were a particularly lovely touch and something they really appreciated.
