Malvern hotel

I often stay in Premier Inns for both business and leisure, because you know what you're getting. I wanted a little weekend break in Malvern so didn't think twice when booking this Premier Inn. First impression of the free large car park was good, and when I checked in the receptionist gave me a friendly welcome. However she then informed me that the air con wasn't operating, but she had arranged for a heater to be put in my room. As the window in the bedroom could not be opened I was more concerned about fresh air in the room rather than heat - so she very kindly arranged for a fan, but all this did was push the stale, stuffy air around the room, and it was so noisy I had to switch it off in order to sleep. To add insult to injury, the WiFi was unstable and the hair dryer did not work. I paid £184 with no breakfast for a 2 night stay which considering what I got I thought was way too expensive. I would not stay here again.

Absolutly wonderfull. Staff friendly, quiet room clean and comfortable. Food both breafast and evening meal brilliant.

The hotel was clean, accessible and easy to find. The staff were amazing and the customer service was incredible from the moment we got there to the moment we left and for me even beyond that. They did a little Easter hunt around the hotel for all the children, with little treats as prizes! They didn’t ever stop, always available to help anyone that needed them and they worked so hard it was refreshing to see staff that really wanted to give the best customer service. They chatted with me and my daughter and made us feel welcome and comfortable, they were very informative and friendly at all times. During breakfast they were checking on everyone and making sure everything was fresh and topped up. They ran a very tight ship! The staff continued to help me after I left because I forgot something and they were so amazing in assisting me with getting this posted back, they even included an Easter egg for my daughter when they sent it back to me. This was a lovely gesture and I just can’t thank them all enough for everything !!

We have stayed at this hotel many times when working at three counties showground. This was our worst experience here and at any Premier inn. The air conditioning was broken and the windows are non opening, I complained in the morning and was told very sorry but it has been put on the website three days ago. Why not tell people at check in! There was a damp stain on the ceiling, the ceiling tiles had been pushed up and not fitted back properly The hair dryer kept cutting out, when I checked PAT test on all the electric items the last date tested was Jan 2024! The hot water took over a minute to come through the sink tap. We asked for the room to be cleaned after the second night, only the bed was made and two teabags were added, no coffee no sugar. Not hoovered and glass stains left on the furniture. I lodged a complaint through the companies customer service email and after 10 have heard nothing

Amazing stay very clean wonderful helpful staff food was fantastic highly recommend this lovely hotel
