"NOT CLEAN SHEETS"
I stayed at the MALVERN Premier Inn last night (21st May 2026). I woke up this morning to find what looks like BLOOD STAINS (not washed). I am so disgusted. It is near the head of the bed. I reported it to the front desk this morning as soon as I discovered it. She viewed it and said she needs to discuss with housekeeping. I am unable to submit a complaint to GUEST SERVICES because the form won't accept my details. There is no email to contact & attach photos or videos. I have 0 cuts or sores that are/was bleeding. I am so disgusted that I slept on those sheets all night. Here are the photos and video I have

The staff here are great.
They will accommodate you to the best that they can.
The hotel is very tired. The air-conditioning is non existent as, is is too noisy and there is no heating from it. Bed was good. Toilet paper was absolutely rubbish as usual with all Premier Inns. Very disappointed.

I often stay in Premier Inns for both business and leisure, because you know what you're getting.
I wanted a little weekend break in Malvern so didn't think twice when booking this Premier Inn.
First impression of the free large car park was good, and when I checked in the receptionist gave me a friendly welcome.
However she then informed me that the air con wasn't operating, but she had arranged for a heater to be put in my room.
As the window in the bedroom could not be opened I was more concerned about fresh air in the room rather than heat - so she very kindly arranged for a fan, but all this did was push the stale, stuffy air around the room, and it was so noisy I had to switch it off in order to sleep.
To add insult to injury, the WiFi was unstable and the hair dryer did not work.
I paid £184 with no breakfast for a 2 night stay which considering what I got I thought was way too expensive.
I would not stay here again.

Absolutly wonderfull. Staff friendly, quiet room clean and comfortable. Food both breafast and evening meal brilliant.
