    "Good stay"
    Good premier inn, the room was clean and it was a welcoming team. Ellie had great customer service and helped prioritise my room for check in due to attending a party. Breakfast service was good and plenty of options you expect at a premier inn.

    A quiet basic hotel . Stayed here while we visited family . Rooms clean and had everything we needed easy check in friendly staff especially the night porter Ian who was very helpful and good fun to chat to. We would stay again .

    Stayed here for a wedding in June , nice place out in the sticks . Free parking but Wi Fi needs improving Friendly staff and Ian the night receptionist was excellent helped us with luggage and door keys even tho about 15 of us turned up at once after a busy wedding day . All in all a pleasant stay
    "Debbie The Receptionist Was Amazing"
    We were on a small golfing trip and we needed somewhere to rest overnight so we booked this Premier Inn. On entering Reception we were greeted by Debbie who was a bundle of energy and positivity. She gave us a warm and friendly welcome and sorted out our rooms with great efficiency. We had a couple of questions which Debbie was only too happy to help. If only all Hotel Reception staff were as helpful, welcoming and friendly as Debbie. A great ambassador for your brand. Room, bed and bathroom were tidy and more than adequate.
    "Disappointing!"
    Room keys did not work for two nights, I had to explain this to two different receptionists, don't they communicate via handovers? I booked a table in the Beefeater at reception for two nights but on arrival at the restaurant I was not booked in. After two nights stay I requested my room to be serviced (this is the PI policy), yet when I got back to my room at 4.00 pm it had not been done. I queried this with reception only to be told that housekeeping had gone home... I had to ask for fresh towels, no effort was made whatsoever. The dual carriageway was being resurfaced and high traffic disruption, yet this was not stated on the PI website when I booked my stay. The WiFi is shocking, I was staying for business and it's not sufficient to do laptop work without waiting for everything to eventually download. Finally, the staff just seem like they don't want to be there, no eye contact, no good morning/good evening or a smile!
