"You neve forget your first time at Premier Inn"
As a regular visitor to the Premier Inns throughout Scotland, England and Wales I always look forward to trying a new venue for the first time and see what awaits in terms of the rooms, the comfort and the people. Premier Inn Hagley was the most recent "first timer" to find my name on its arrivals list. I wasn't disappointed. Having spent the whole day working and then nearly 5 hours behind the wheel, I was not exactly a bundle of laughs arriving to check-in, however, I tried my best not to show it as I stepped until reception to be greeted by DM Deb, whose smile and kind demeanor at once made me feel both welcome and reassured thar the day would end far better than it had been up until then. Premier Inn, if this is the calibre of DM you intend to employ throughout your chain then rest assured (as your guests often do on those superbly comfortable mattresses of yours!!), yes, rest assured that you will continue to have my custom for a long time to come. Thank you again Premier Inn Hagley, DM Deb and all the staff who just made the while experience more enjoyable.

"Great Hotel"
We booked to stay at the Premier Inn Hagley very last minute and stayed for one night in room 1 on our way back to the south west. The hotel is a little dated but has everything you would expect, clean room & bathroom, comfortable bed, plenty of room, decent shower. Itâs in a lovely location & was very quiet at night. We ate at the onsite restaurant for dinner and breakfast, both of which were very good. Staff in both the hotel & restaurant were very efficient & friendly, but the highlight of our stay was Debbie on Reception. She is so welcoming & helpful, nothing is too much trouble, she is a real asset to the hotel. The price we paid represented very good value. We would definitely stay here again & would recommend.

Debbie was on the desk when I arrived and went above and beyond making me feel comfortable and settled in. Honestly couldnât praise her enough!
Can be daunting traveling solo as a young woman, and she made me feel so at ease!

Warm and comfortable, older hotel with no lift, husband is disabled so the wonderful Debbie moved us to a downstairs room, helped with our bags and was generally great
