Hagley hotel

Stayed at premier inn hagley for 2 nights because of work and all I can say is what a great place ask Debbie on reception to print a document off for me and not only was it done promptly it was even handed to me at my door what a great service

I was visiting family and sorting my late dad’s house which was demanding and tiring. The premier inn was a welcome space after a busy few days.

What a little gem! We spent the day at West Midlands Safari Park (about 20 mins away) and checked in at about 6pm. We were greeted by Debbie who is an absolute joy and credit to this hotel. It was good Friday and she had prepared Easter themed word searches and colouring pages for my 2 boys to enjoy with little easter treats. She was an absolute delight and really made our visit special. I have stayed in alot of Premier Inns across the country and I've never met a receptionist like her. The rooms are standard premier inn rooms, clean and tidy with comfy beds. The Beefeater across the car park is perfect for family dining and breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at several Premier Inn hotels across the UK and have always had a good experience, which is why this visit was particularly disappointing. On arrival, there was no water provided in the room. When we raised this, we were informed that the hotel had run out of water, which is unbelievable and unacceptable, which we would normally expect. The breakfast was also below standard and did not reflect the price we paid. In addition, the overall level of service was not satisfactory. Based on this experience, we would think twice before booking with Premier Inn again and would be hesitant to recommend it to friends and family.

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy and comfortable. The hotel itself was very clean, and our room was surprisingly spacious, which made a big difference, especially after a long day. Breakfast at Beefeater was also a great start to the day, with plenty of options and everything tasting fresh. A special mention has to go to Debbie at reception. She was genuinely warm and welcoming, and you could tell she cares about guests having a good experience. She walked us through everything during check in without us needing to ask, from WiFi details to breakfast timings, and also shared helpful information about nearby restaurants. It made the whole process smooth and stress free. Debbie truly stood out, and her effort did not go unnoticed. She absolutely deserves recognition for the way she does her job. We would happily stay here again.
