"Perfect stay made special by Debbie."
We booked two rooms, a family room and a double room. Both were spotlessly clean and comfortable. All of us slept well. What made our stay, though, was Debbie the receptionist. She greeted us warmly, was friendly and helpful. Debbie took time to talk not only to us, but our grandchildren, she even returned a lost toy to our grandson when she found it. He would have been bereft without it. We were staying here because we had a lodge booked at the West Midlands Safari Park, which we were going to the following day, it's only 20 minutes away. We all had a lovely breakfast on the morning of our departure, food was cooked fresh and there was plenty of choice. We would definitely book there again if we were in the area.
"Absolutely brilliant. Great stay, great service."
I'm going to stay here again! The hotel was clean and tidy. The room was light, clean, well equipped, tidy and the bed was comfortable. I had previously stayed at a Travelodge and the bed was SO hard I just couldn't sleep on it. This bed was under me for approximately 10 minutes before I realised someone had stolen the darkness and it was morning again. Kettle, tea, coffee, UHT milk all available. Huge TV with Freeview, etc, Hairdryer (didn't use, but looked decent) En-suite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet beside the wash basin. Just brilliant. It's not a 5* hotel, so you're not getting a concierge and a Door man. But it's a lovely, clean, well equipped room that comfy and clean and a nice place to be. The staff were brilliant. So friendly, so professional. Polite and courteous too. Nothing was any trouble. I enjoyed my trip immensely and, as I said at the start, I WILL be staying there again.
    "Bed and breakfast"
We have stopped in Premier Inns before but this one is clean adequate and comfy for a one night stay. Previous Premier Inn have been dirty. However shame there is no WiFi available. We booked the evening meal which was enjoyable from a varied menu. Breakfast had a good choice.
    "Friendly receptionist"
Debbie on reception was very lovely and welcoming. Lovely to see someone with a smile on their face. Rooms were clean and fine for what we needed.
    "Good location, friendly staff."
Friendly welcome; rooms were spotless and the hotel was clean and tidy. Hotel is on a busy road but the rooms were not noisy. Badgers Sett is on site - nice food, great breakfast; helpful and friendly staff. Will stay here again.
