Debbie was on the desk when I arrived and went above and beyond making me feel comfortable and settled in. Honestly couldn’t praise her enough!
Can be daunting traveling solo as a young woman, and she made me feel so at ease!

Warm and comfortable, older hotel with no lift, husband is disabled so the wonderful Debbie moved us to a downstairs room, helped with our bags and was generally great

After a 3 hour drive from Surrey, Debbie and the team was a very welcoming sight and was great keeping our tired, hyper kids contained whilst we checked in. Very clean hotel which was a perfect location for our visit: West Midlands safari zoo. Will definitely consider again if ever near the area again.

From the moment we arrived Debbie couldn't have provided better service. Knowing that my daughter and two young children were arriving at about 10.30pm she went to the room and shut the window and made sure that the heating was on. She gave a very friendly welcome.
