"Still loving the premier inn though this time has a few issues."
Good things;
Stayed here several times now and always happy with the location and cleanliness of hotel. Rooms are nicely presented and clean.
Beds are amazing and have always had a great sleep. Updated shower facilities are better and plenty of supplies for tea n coffee.
Staff were very helpful and always greet you with a smile. Special mentions goes out to the morning receptionist, (sorry, didn’t get your name), who was very helpful in sorting out a problem we had and Debbie behind the desk on the evening who had a great personality and was very happy and bubbly! The kids loved the treats by the way. 😉..
Things that were not so good.
We had a problem with the prepaid checking in, in that it didn’t show up our breakfasts as paid but we had had invoices and email confirmation to say we had, we wasn’t alone with this, as other guests had the same issue too, so hats off to the receptionist who helped us sort it out.
You need a sign on the road to give warning of the entrance to the hotel as it’s on a 60 mph road and on a blind corner! The first time we went we missed it all together so had to double back. We’re wise now but to new customers it could cause an issue if heavy braking required.!
Could you please bring back the aircon! The rooms can be very uncomfortable during these hot summers we’re now experiencing and can feel quite stuffy during the day.
Update the usb charging points in the walls to accommodate the newer usb c devices..
This one’s more of a suggestion but…
would it be possible to install mini fridges?
I think it would help so people could keep drinks cool while staying in the room?
Overall we do enjoy our stays and we will miss the beefeater pub that is now closing( it will be closed as you’re reading this now) which premier inn use so it will be interesting to see what happens next time we go.
Recommended stay for anyone who hasn’t used a premier in, the adverts are true in that you will get a good nights sleep!

"Great Stay"
I came down for a few nights and had a really great stay. The rooms were great and clean, all the staff were so friendly and welcoming,
in-particularly Debbie, who was ace and made the visit even more pleasant.
Would definitely come back.

"Best premier inn ever"
The most welcoming premier inn ever. From the moment we arrived our little one was sick the the car Debbie was so lovely offering us support. We also took part in a small tombola at the hotel in which my children didnt win but the lady at recption gave my kids treats and sweets. It was so kind. Throughout our stay we were asked if we needed anything and were always met with a smile when we needed assistance. Such a breath of fresh air. I would highly recommend to stay here if you have young children.

"Good value"
I booked a family room here, for our trip to Cadburys world and West Midlands safari park the next day. The hotel is located on a dual carriageway in a rural area. It’s on the Kidderminster to Birmingham road.
There was plenty of parking spaces and the hotel is surrounded by woodland, so it was very shaded and the room was cool. Check in was fast and our room was okay, a bit cramped for 4 of us. It was clean, but did smell of sweaty trainers in the corridors.
There was a Beefeater pub across the car park. If didn’t look that great. So we decided to head out to eat. We had a great nights sleep, it was cool and quiet in our room. We had breakfast at the pub, it was okay…not the best. It is cooked to order though instead of buffet, which was nice. The pub itself is very run down and old.
I would definitely stay here again if it was reasonably priced and I was in the area. It was perfect for what we needed.

"Amazing staff, great location"
Great experience. Excellent room, good location and very good breakfast. A big shout-out to Debbie in reception. What a great host, the friendliest and most accommodating hotel receptionist I have ever come across. Nothing was too much, despite being on her own. Everything she did was with a big smile. Thank you very much, Debbie.
