"Brilliant stay"
Friendly staff, clean room, whilst not as modern as some the welcome you get more than makes up for it, and what makes it even better is the food you can get in the restaurant

From the moment we arrived Debbie couldn't have provided better service. Knowing that my daughter and two young children were arriving at about 10.30pm she went to the room and shut the window and made sure that the heating was on. She gave a very friendly welcome.

Nice, quiet location with a friendly atmosphere. The room was neat, tidy, and excellent value for money. The service really stood out—DEBBIE was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, exactly the kind of warm reception you need after a long day’s work.

Excellent Premier Inn, just had the rib eye steak cooked to perfection served to me by the lovely waitress Hayley.
Rooms very clean, Debbie and the rest of the team are doing a great job, one of the smaller premiers I have stayed in but excellent customer service I would stay again.

Stayed at premier inn hagley for 2 nights because of work and all I can say is what a great place ask Debbie on reception to print a document off for me and not only was it done promptly it was even handed to me at my door what a great service
