"Bio Hazard!!!"

Having stayed at this hotel a few times I was disappointed to find blood stains in my sheets. Unfortunately I did not see these until the morning as I got into bed on the other side and only saw them once I pulled he sheets completely off with the light on. Not only is this a question about the cleanliness it’s also a bio hazard. Staff were very apologetic but didn’t even offer to come to the room to see. They just said they’d make a note of it and talk to the staff.

"Dreadful freezing rooms in January!"

Not a ground floor room available, had to ask for towels, inadequate heating in rooms - one room no heating at all and the portable heater didn't take the chill away. It was freezing cold! Bathroom had a sign to say keep the door closed so when you went in it was colder than the bedroom. Breakfast was cheaply put together so decided the second morning to skip it and go else where. However, the staff were very apologetic (to the point of being embarrassed) about the situation. It wasn't their fault. I know it's supposed to be cheap accommodation but it was still over £100 a night. Next time, will search more for local hotels/B&Bs etc.

Just stayed one night as visiting family. Arrived mid-evening only to find the room was very cold. Wasn't told there was a problem with the heating when we checked in. However, once my husband reported the problem ( was told there were no other rooms available) the staff promptly supplied a radiator which warmed the room. Would stay again.

We had booked this for 2 nights as we had a family party in Broadway. The location is very central to many facilities, as it's next to a little area of shops and then it's only a little drive to different supermarkets and Evesham itself. It's also around a 12 minute drive to Broadway. The reception area was very clean and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our room was spotless and had everything you would need. You would think you would hear the noise of the road but no, not a thing

"Standards are falling"

Premier Inn used to be our go to ‘motel’ for one night stays but the last three have been so disappointing. Standards have slipped immensely in the past couple of years. Premier Inn Evesham is tired and tatty. Peeling Formica in various parts of the room and mould in between the shower tiles. The Beefeater next door is possibly even worse. Sticky floors, inedible steak. What a sad state of affairs.
