"Not worth it, give it a miss imo"
Where do I start, room smelt awful,
Stairs and corridors hadn’t been hoovered, bits everywhere, even bits of cement from workman’s boots
Food everything was reduce is size from previous visits, a lot on the menu wasn’t available, rice portions where pathetic, poor lad serving the food to us was rushed off his feet, but looked after us well even though we where moaning, he was called ”Travis” he and another girl to serve all the tables in the restaurant, and also the other lady at breakfast (on her own for the full restaurant) was good, never stopped flying around bless her, Julie she was called
The restaurant was cold, they obviously are cutting back on heating as well as food.
Anyway won’t be back, a real shame it was brilliant not that long ago

"Punitive parking policy"
Very shocked to be pursued and fined for parking outside as a paying hotel guest. Apparently you need to register your car and this requirement is 'displayed on notices in the car park'. This notification is entirely inadequate. At no stage is this obligation pointed out, either during welcome emails, verbally at reception check-in, or on literature in the rooms. I can't think of a more effective way of putting off customers than pursuing genuine guests for this supposed transgression. I regularly stay at Travelodges, Inns etc across the UK and have never encountered such a punitive policy. Appealing on the grounds of being a genuine guest are rejected. I won't be visiting any Premier Inns in future and suggest you book elsewhere too - massive own goal guys.

"What can go wrong goes wrong"
Warm welcome from the reception and quick check-in.
The toilet seems not cleaned, tiolet paper not flushed. Tiolet paper almot run out. One of the temp bed (family of four) is broken.
Shower hot water very unstable, very hot suddenly and then warm only. Don't mention the free WiFi is not useable..
The worst part is the breakfast. Forget about the buffet style breakfast, you need to order one by one. and the orders never comes.

"It’s ok but breakfast let it down"
Stayed for 1 night while in the area. It was a pain to find, the postcode takes you to a random road of houses and it isn’t signposted from anywhere, eventually found it behind a Texaco garage. Free parking and plenty of spaces which was good. Room was fine, clean, usual good standard. Breakfast was a shambles. Had our order taken, then lost, then taken again, then it came with half of it missing, first lot had been given to someone else. Couple on the next table had been waiting half an hour for their hot food and someone else was despairing having asked where theirs was for the fourth time. Pastries all run out, low on fruit. Just disappointing really as the room was fine.
