      "Stiflingly Hot Rooms"
      Room was clean but there was no air conditioning. Had two very uncomfortable nights with little sleep. They had provided fans but, they were hopeless and just blew hot air around. Ironically, there was an air conditioning unit in the downstairs lobby and corridor. I wouldn’t stay there again unless they install air conditioning.
      "Bad nights sleep"
      When we arrived(on 21 June) we were told the aircon was not working but there was a fan in the room. It was the hottest day of the year!!! Needless to say no sleep. I rang their guest relations to complain and they informed me that there was no aircon in the hotel and that I should have seen that on the website when I booked! I have looked at the website again and it does not stipulate whether there is aircon or not. Their terms and conditions do not cover the “good nights sleep guarantee” for rooms with no aircon! Lesson to learn(as I was told) ring the hotel directly to book and ask the question, I think I will stay in Travelodge rather than Premier Inn again,
      "Number one premier inn to us"
      Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us as being disabled we were unable to do stairs the bed was the best we have slept in and breakfast was freshly made and served with a smile definitely Five Star we always go to this one as if we ask we always get a walk in shower which makes life easy
      "Budget stay north of Evesham"
      Stayed for one night whist in the area on business. The hotel is located north of Evesham, just off the A36 and shares the location with a garage, KFC, Costa and beef-eater. A good location if you’re traveling by car, but rather isolated otherwise. Check-in was quick, friendly and easy, and the room was a reasonable size, and up to the usual Premier Inn standards of cleanliness and décor. No air con in the room but a fan was provided (and needed for an unusually hot day in May). The free Wi-Fi wasn’t great, especially for calls, which was a problem as the hotel appears to be in a mobile phone blackspot. The bathroom had a bath / shower combo, temperature of the shower a little variable but otherwise okay. I didn’t stay for breakfast as I had an early start. Overall a reasonable value hotel for an overnight stay.
      "Take a peg with you as the drains smell outside"
      Room ok thank you, attention to the bathroom would be appreciated, some areas are obviously missed. Outside they need to do something about the drains as they smelled awful, when driving into the car par, fortunately it remained outside and not in the hotel. The only good thing was the location to where we were going over the three nights stayed there.
