Evesham hotel

Problems will always happens, that’s life, so it’s how you deal with it that counts. There was a small hiccup regarding early check-in (which hadn’t been logged correctly by another member). Manjeet at the desk immediately recognised we were pushed for time …which was definitely the case, we were running late, still in casual clothes, and had wedding to get to! …and now we seemingly had nowhere to get changed. Step up Manjeet who very calmly arranged another room, had it checked first and made sure we had everything we needed. All done with a very friendly nature and lovely smile that put us at ease. Adriana from the housekeeping team even brought an iron and ironing board to our room. 20mins later we were out the door, “happy as Larry” (whoever Larry is! …probably another happy customer of Manjeet and Evesham PremierIn!! 😃) The perfect resolution: thank you!

Wanted to balance out some of reviews saw, as had a faultless stay, good staff levels and room was in excellent order, everything functioning as designed and bed was really, really comfortable so had two excellent nights sleep. We did not use breakfast and dinner facilities as preferred to go out to local pubs (recommend the Bridge Inn and Ferry) and restaurants.

We were very impressed with the Rooms. However after receiving a phone call 2 days before our stay from the Hotel to book a table for dinner which we booked for 7pm - we were very disappointed when we arrived at Reception to be informed the Restaurant was closed. The main reason for staying @:that Hotel was that it had a Beefeater attached. We were aware some had closed but were assured that one was still open. We didn't feel that the Receptionist was concerned that we were very unhappy about the situation.

Worst nights sleep ever! Room was clean and tidy but the noise from the air con/heating unit was terrible. Making noises all night and we turned it off at around 5am having had no sleep but the condensation it was dripping all over the floor was terrible and the room because very muggy and uncomfortable. The shower also went from chosen temp to burning hot on its own which in a family room with children, is not safe at all. A very disappointing stay with no sleep the night before an important work event in the area for us was not good at all.

Looked after really well marijeet helped with my booking very well
