Evesham hotel

Cannot remember the name of staff but check in was good , my daughter in Room 39 had a small issue of next room being loud she did not want to make a fuss the Night Shift staff arranged for to move into Room 50, we had booked 4 Rooms so the stay was comfortable , cannot have asked for anything more

Like others we struggled to find it he hotel initially as Google maps doesn’t seem to know where it is. Eventually we arrived to a friendly welcome and on the hottest day of the year the joy of an air conditioned room. The beds are comfortable and the rooms have everything you need though certainly no frills. Can’t be beaten as a good value stop over.

Ideally situated off the M5, the location is near the busy A44 but we didn’t find the traffic noise intrusive. The room and bathroom were spotless and we loved the new layout with its more spacious arrangement, colour scheme, lighting and more plentiful power sockets. The new chairs and table and luggage rack were also a welcome change. The modern uplift was much appreciated. The bathroom was very clean and well maintained. Our welcome from Louise was lovely and the staff in the adjacent Beefeater were also friendly and efficient. The evening menu was varied and the food well prepared. The famous Premier Inn breakfast was particularly good here. Overall, a great option on a long journey.

I stayed here for two nights. The refurbished bedroom with the air conditioning unit, was a big improvement. However, some facilities seem poorer, there is just a shelf now at the side of the bed. It's a pity more wasn't spent on the bathrooms, making more walk in showers available. The step out of the bath onto the floor is huge, and I am quite tall, and there is nothing to hold onto, except the towel rail which isn't ideal. Also the lack of a decent extractor fan in the bathroom is disappointing, as was the water pressure in the shower, it made washing my mid length hair, quite time consuming, and even rinsing the soap of my body took a long time. I had a room on the front of the hotel, and it is quite noisy with the main road very close, so a room on the back is certainly more ideal.

Extremely disappointing. Sold a meal deal to include evening meal and breakfast but premier inn unable to provide a table for either. So had to go to garage next door to buy a sandwich for breakfast. But now have to wait 10 days for a refund. Thankfully I have short hair, the shower has so poor water pressure their is no way anyone with long hair could rinse shampoo out. It was quite expensive, moral of the story use a real hotel at least they'll feed you!
