    Great location, close to motorway links ,very clean rooms ,nice restaurant area and food and welcoming and friendly staff, special mention to Claire who took great care of myself and my daughter,id definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area

    What can I say service at its best just arrived very late and Trinity on reception was an absolute diamond and mustered Charlie and Adam the Chefs to pull a meal together even though they had the the kitchen spotless after a days cooking…, customer service at its best well done the Premier team at the Premier inn Bromsgrove

    We have stayed here a few times over the past years and have always enjoyed our stay, but this weekend, 11/7/2025, was the hottest weather of the year, and although we knew there was no air conditioning at this hotel, it has never been a problem. But on this occasion, even the comfy Premier Inn bed couldn't provide a good night's sleep. Another issue is the closing of the on-site Brewers Fayre, which, following a long journey, was our favorite place for a drink and an evening meal, followed by a good breakfast the following morning. Now they have a small bar called the Social for eating and drinking, akin to a hospital or works canteen, with a very restricted evening menu, which we ate from only because there was nowhere else within walking distance. Having said that, the few staff they now have were very friendly, polite and helpful, as we have found in all Premier Inns. I don't think we will be returning to this Premier Inn in the future, as others we spoke to felt the same way.

    Stay in style at Premier Inn Bromsgrove. We're just a pitching-wedge from the Bromsgrove Golf Course, a short cruise from the Harley Davidson Training University, and an easy stroll into Bromsgrove itself. A little further afield there's the shopping and bars of Birmingham, the races at Cheltenham and the wild and wonderful West Midland Safari Park. After a leisurely round or a day of business, refuel in our delicious restaurant, then relax and recharge in our spacious, extra-comfy beds.
