      "A quick getaway"
      Wonderful property staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean - definitely worth another visit

      It’s an old hotel, but it’s clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff is absolutely wonderful and we were guests for 21 days they and really made our stay fantastic. Se of the nicest folks I met in the UK.

      Lovely place with friendly & helpful staff. Even offered to help carry my bags up to my room. Clean & comfortable & I’m glad I chose to stay, easy to park & no issues with my stay at all. Nice hotter for the shower in the morning as well. I would definitely stay again
      "Standard Premier Inn. Convenient location. Poor restaurant."
      Mostly this is a standard Premier Inn. Very convenient location, just off M42. No complaints about the room - quiet. A bit tired though, like the rest of the hotel. Staff were friendly. There used to be a pub next to it with a good garden - unfortunately that is now closed. So the eating option was the Premier Inn restaurant - and that was dire! Gloomy, small, and run down atmosphere and standard out-of-packet food not good at all. At least the cheerful waitress made up for the gloom.
      "Extremely Disappointed – Personal Belongings Removed Without Notice"
      I am absolutely disgusted by my experience at this hotel. While still in the duration of my stay and in possession of my room key card, staff entered my room without any communication and removed several of my personal items — including my computer charger, phone charger, nightdress, and other belongings. My cosmetics were also thrown away. At no point was I contacted or informed, and this happened while I was still an active guest. This is a complete violation of privacy and unacceptable conduct. I will not be returning and strongly advise others to think twice before booking here.

      Hotel description

      Stay in style at Premier Inn Bromsgrove. We're just a pitching-wedge from the Bromsgrove Golf Course, a short cruise from the Harley Davidson Training University, and an easy stroll into Bromsgrove itself. A little further afield there's the shopping and bars of Birmingham, the races at Cheltenham and the wild and wonderful West Midland Safari Park. After a leisurely round or a day of business, refuel in our delicious restaurant, then relax and recharge in our spacious, extra-comfy beds.
