"Stay at the premier inn"
We booked a stay at the Premier inn birmingham road bromsgrove ,
As my wife said it would be an upgrade on the usual hotel..
Was £111.00 for the night including breakfast ..
The room was nice , clean and was very close to where we needed to go.
But we didn't anticipate the endless amount of kids running round when we return at 10 p.m
, as we were on the first floor, they were running up and down the hall ways , knocking on door ..
The resturant / breakfast area was very small so much so we could'nt get a drink last night..
So we slept abit, headed for breakfast to be told there was no oj.( any decent chef should order enough food and drink) .
The breakfast was bog standard and cold , but had the most stupid prongs to pick up the food, tiny.
So overall if you can get it for 50 with breakfast do it, if not avoid.

"Stay here."
This was the best premier inn we have stayed in by far. It was really clean, modern and had updated room layouts, including electrical fittings which in this day and age of having to charge everything was a great touch. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

"Lied to by the manager"
Overall a decent stay except for the last night. We stayed for 4 nights, on the last night the bathroom ceiling started leaking through the light and fan fixtures as a room on the upper floor had flooded.
We were up from 1am til 4am emptying the leak into the bath to prevent further damage to the room. All whilst in the darkness as the electrics had tripped from the water in the light, and not once updating us or offering to move us to another room. Thankfully our 3 year old wasnt woken up by the commotion even if it was a FIRE AND ELECTRICAL HAZARD.
Upon checking out the hotel manager was very apologetic and in his words offered us a full refund for the whole stay, as well as any breakfast/dinner packages.
We left the hotel happy enough with this offer and went away thinking that the manager Daniel, who also had a young family himself was a pleasant guy. However, after much back and forth with premier inn, in the end we were only offered a partial refund despite the hotel manager promising us a full refund.
One star review because if you are dishonest enough to lie and say one thing and then do something else completely, then thats not a good look really.

"Customer awareness training needed"
Staff need to be aware of customers needs, have manners to open the doors when I have my hands full with bags and suitcase, and husband on crutches.
Was put on the 2nd floor and right at the end of the corridor.
The pillow case was dirty , false nail on floor , shower gel empty.
This was a premier plus room
