"Fabulous service from every member of staff"
Hotel is in a great location with lots of restaurants nearby. Great park close too for the kids. Restaurant staff went above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed at breakfast, they were so accommodating with one of our party who is gluten intolerant
"Just perfect for my needs"
Very nice hotel, this is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. Its clean tidy and warm. The staff were friendly. Its near the park for a walk, near the town.

Just really friendly helpful staff they were kind and caring and overall our stay was amazing. The man serving breakfast was telling us all the good places locally to go with kids. Food was good really good prices for a family and the rooms were set up perfectly they were able to get our rooms together which was a life saver when traveling with my wife and our 4 kids
"Chaotic"
A bit below average sadly. Room is what you pay for, basic, not overly clean. Decent premier inn mattress but no windows to open and not a fully functional air conditioner. Dinner was an utter shambles, 2 members of staff, serving, checking customers in, washing pots and taking orders. Only 4 tables in the restaurant were occupied, huge delay in order being taken, incorrect order came. Quality of the food not good, microwave lasagne made for an interesting night… once up In our room we had a tap on the door from a waitress asking for more money as we had things to eat out of the meal deal!? A lot of food choices and drinks sold out. All felt very chaotic. Breakfast was standard. Car park wasn’t easy and very busy, lovely park to walk across opposite the hotel. All in all a quick pit stop to lay the head but won’t return sadly
"Breakfast catch up"
Warm welcome from Sophia, lovely food and drink, the chef was super friendly and great with my autistic son. Highly recommended.

Hotel description

Relax in style in our new generation bedrooms, featuring an impressive 40" flat screen TV, freshly-updated bathroom with large shower head, and brand new, slumber-inducing, king-size bed. Our Trowbridge hotel is ideally located in the centre of town, just half a mile from Trowbridge train station and within walking distance of the Civic Centre. The town itself is steeped in history, with striking centuries'-old architecture and imposing Grade I-listed buildings waiting to be discovered.
