    "Excellent customer service!"
    We booked a single night stay at the beginning and end of our holiday, as it was a long drive and wanted to break it up. When we arrived, we had a really lovely, friendly welcome from Lisa on the reception desk. We had an issue with one of the rooms, as we had booked it as 2 adults in error (for both trips), instead of - adult and 1 child. She changed the booking with no questions and sorted breakfast for us. On our journey to the premier inn on our way home, we had been held up in traffic due to an accident on the road. By the time we arrived we were all very tired and it was so lovely to walk back in and see Lisa’s smiley face again. To our surprise, when we walked into our rooms, she had written little welcome back notes and had left sweets for us all. It made such a difference to our journey home and she made our experience staying such an enjoyable one. Thank you Lisa ☺️
    "Bank Holiday weekend stay"
    Reliably comfortable room and especially the bed. Very very clean and quiet st night even over the weekend. I had a lovely stay. I always do. I would recommend to others for whom basic creature comforts are important

    The accommodation was ok, not as nice as other premieres. However the staff were amazing. I was ill in the night and my partner could not reach me. Phoned the hotel and staff came and checked on me. Amazing service

    We stay here frequently as my son is in a tap dance company based in Swindon. On this occasion we stayed for 5 nights and the reception team were so helpful with sorting my business internet out for the most of my stay also I requested a late check out so I could work and they made sure this happened.

    I stayed here on Friday night and had a great experience. I checked in with Jack who was obviously new but really did an excellent job. He helped me with my son who was having a rough day after so much travelling. He was very considerate. I had a room on the ground floor and it was clean and fresh with everything I needed. The car park was large with free parking. I felt so welcomed here I will definately book again.
