Very good value. Very good breakfast. Three ccs chargers in car park so excellent convenience for charging our EV car

Staff were very friendly and helpful . Room was clean and roomy .Lots of tea and coffee milk when needed .would highly recommend to stay here .

I had a really disappointing stay at Premier Inn. This was honestly the worst one I’ve ever been to. The room was in poor condition the table was half broken, there was a lot of dust, and the walls were visibly dirty. The bathroom was even worse, with mould and paint marks that made it feel very unclean. For £110 per night, this is completely unacceptable. I expect a much higher standard for that price. Very let down.

We stayed here for 5 days, using it as a base to explore the cotswolds as it was much cheaper than staying at other bases that were closer to the cotswolds. We had a room with a double bed and a sofa bed so as we aren't a couple, one had the bed and one had the sofa bed. Neither were very comfy. I found the mattress very hard and woke everyday with back pains. (Hence 4 stars not 5). On a positive note, the hotel reception staff were really friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough to help us and maje our stay pleasant. The room was spacious and clean, although dark and we struggled to do a jigsaw in the evening due to low room light. The breakfast at The Harbour next door was lovely. Plenty to eat, well cooked and hot. A lovely break. Would return here again.

Probably one of the earlier built Premier Inns, could do with with a tidy up paint wise. No lift, not a problem to us but just worth a mention. Room chilly, couldn't reset temperature appreciate current high cost of fuel may have affected this. Clean and comfortable. Easy check in, no one available for check out query which was disappointing. Didn't eat in Cold Harbour but have eaten there before, always well priced food and good service (and warm)!
