We was constantly lied too, laughed at, not taken seriosly with a complaint, so was the worst premier inn stay i have ever had

"Quiet, cleanish, food let down"
We've stayed several times and everytime a little less attention to detail is noted. The room was cleanish! Bathroom shower was covered in scale, which was easily removed by me and a cloth. Spider Web in corner, which just needed wiping away and had been there a while. Shower tiles had hairs on them, looked like had dried off with a dog towel, again easily cleaned off with a cloth. Toilet had tissue down it so wasn't sure of been used or not!
Bed was comfortable, as always, room was a good temperature and very quiet, pillows lovely.
Breakfast was a let down. Yogurt in dishes, just sat with spoon in them to help yourself! Who knows how hygienic that was! Sunflower spread, what's all that about.
Would stay again as its convenient for our visits but wouldn't have breakfast again.
Bit less care and attention on every visit. Shame as perfect location.
Check in was easy.

Chicken burger undercooked!!! Night manager who was also rude and ignored me whilst I was speaking to her!!! Food poisoning, chefs do not check their food and are also lazy

Good location, the room was clean but very basic. We had to ask for an extra towel for one of our rooms, there were only 2 staff members on duty in the evening. One of them was the chef, server and cleared the tables. The other served drinks and ran check in. The menu was very limited with a large number of items missing. The fish and chips were very nice. We had to pay an extra £15 so that my elderly parents (92yrs and 94yrs) could get into their room 30mins early despite the fact the room was ready. It was very expensive for the standard we had. The free WiFi is useless.

"Budget hotel."
Reception public toilet needed cleaning in ladies. Bathroom in room dirty behind the mixer taps in bath, toilet pan badly stained under water line. Breakfast was good for price. The receptionist was very helpful but seemed to be doing everything including cleaning the toilets! AC was efficient.
