      "Premier Inn basic"
Regular Premier Inn, you know what you get, however… we booked, and paid for, the early check in. The two check-in machines were out of order and only one member of staff who was doing everything!! The room lacked attention to detail cleaning. Bathroom tiles need a good scrub. The room smelled musty and damp. The bedding was old and seemed damp also. The car park registration machine wasn’t in obvious place and we weren’t reminded to put car reg in, just hoping we don’t get a fine in the post as we ended up doing it when we spotted machine on walk to down to breakfast! Premier Inn hotels are now no longer reasonably priced.
      "Did not meet expectations"
The location is very good and there was one disabled space left. Everywhere was neat and tidy. The room was mostly quiet. The drain was blocked in the wet room so it took about 15 minutes for the water to drain. This was a serious slip hazard. The cooked breakfast was ok but not great. There was another hour of service and there was hardly any food and we had to keep asking for food, which we then had to wait to be cooked. The 5 of us were excited to enjoy that traditional Premier Inn breakfast and this did not meet expectations.
      "Classy for a Premier Inn"
We arrived late afternoon after a day cycling from Somerset. The one negative is this Premier Inn is quite a hike out of Marlborough town centre. We decided to eat in the onsite restaurant (Thyme). The food was adequate at best, fried and fatty. The wait staff were very nice though and we were happy not to have to walk into town. Our room was quite massive. Very clean and brand new feeling. Comfortable bed, very quiet overnight. Slept like a log. Went down to breakfast, which is usually disappointing (again, cheap unhealthy ingredients), but this was shockingly good. Lo fat Greek yoghurt, fresh berry compote, muesli. Blueberry muffins, fresh bananas etc. We often stay in Travelodge and Premier Inn but this was the best one we’ve stayed at for a long while - based on the comfort, the room, the staff and the breakfast. Excellent!
      "Reliable Premier in Hotel"
Nice quiet hotel within walking distance (about a mile) of Marlborough. Comfortable, clean and welcoming staff. Good free car parking. We were on the top floor which was an eves room. The window was quite small and a lot of wasted space due to the layout of the room, however, we had asked for a room on the top floor so can't complain!
      "Marlborough Premier Inn"
Very enjoyable stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fine and clean with a comfy bed. The cooked breakfast etc was very good. We were allowed our bikes in the room which was helpful. Having late cancellation options meant we could bail out at the last minute. Its about 15 minutes from the start of the main town's restaurants.
