"Adequate Premier Inn"
Not a lot you need to say about Premier Inns as they're all much the same - which is their appeal to me. This one is well located for Wakefield and The Sculpture Park. It doesn't have aircon which means in the summer you need your windows open - and the deliveries at 06:00 will wake you up. Red Kite pub next door is ok for a drink but not too good for food - if you can manage a 10 minute walk, the Swan and Cygnet is a better option.

Impressed with this hotel. Convenient situation, spotlessly clean rooms, excellent breakfast and very friendly staff who made time to answer my granddaughter's many questions.

After arriving here last night at 9pm I found I'd booked the wrong date & in fact I was a day early !! I wasn't quite sure what I could do as I needed a bed for the night.. Jane was on reception & reassured me that she would find me a room. She was extremely patient & somehow managed to bring my booking forward to the night I turned up & the bonus was it was all done without any extra cost... Thank you so much Jane for your help...
"Family night away"
We stayed in a family room for one night, the room was spotless. Plenty of room lovely comfy beds and lovely big bathroom. We had breakfast the staff were very pleasant and plenty to eat and drink. We were visiting cannon hall farm and it was only a short car journey away. Nice and near plenty of places to eat
"Friendly staff"
Elaine serving breakfast was the nicest! Put a massive smile on my daughters face with her lovely complement. Breakfast was extra yummy too.

We're within easy reach of the M1 and M62, and only 3 miles from Wakefield or 14 miles from Leeds. Enjoy the watersports at Pugneys Country Park.
