Wakefield City North hotel

Used this Premier Inn to visit family who live locally for a few years now. However will definetley have to look at other options. Brewers Fayre next to it is now closed to non Premier Inn guests. Range of food and drink has reduced drastically. Other options are a curry restaurant over the road. Believe me you'd sweat it out staying here! Rooms don't have air conditioning, no cooling other than a small fan. Windows hardly open due to restrictors. If they advertised it as a sauna then they might attract guests!! What a shame, Whitbread, who own Premier Inn, don't want guests to have a relaxing drink and food with non residents at this Premier Inn.

We've stayed here many times and it's always a pleasure. The staff are friendly and helpful. We eat in the adjoining brewers fayre and again the service and staff are lovely.

Hotel attached to a pub restaurant which was closing down 2 days after our stay , did not have half the items on the menu or even any bitter beer .we were not made aware of this when booking , if we had have been would have booked elsewhere . As i use premier inn for work will seriously reconsider when staying away in future

I’ve stayed at this Premier Inn for the past four weeks while attending a training course, and I’ve had a fantastic experience throughout my stay. The hotel has been clean, comfortable, and a great place to come back to after long days of training. What really made the stay stand out, though, was the staff. Jane, Natasha, Teresa, and the rest of the team have all been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from day one. They always took the time to say hello, made sure everything was okay, and created a genuinely warm atmosphere.
