"Overnight stay"
We arrived a few hours early than our book in time and asked the receptionist if we could check in and she said not at the moment because 2 of the staff had rang in sick..we said ok she said that if it was ready early she would ring me so we went for a walk and came back oh she says it is ready I forgot to ring you.so then I wasn't to pleased and wasn't keen on her attitude either no apology. We got into our room and had no lighting so went back into reception and she gave me a electric card but never explained we're it went so figured that one out myself why didn't she give it to me when we booked in so I was annoyed than .the room ok but tired could do with a fresh coat of paint there was a empty drinks can in the corner behind a chair. But the rest of the room was clean..we won't be returning đ

Stayed at this hotel for an event going on nearby, arrived a little early so asked if it was possible to check in yet. Receptionist said the rooms were ready but because it was before 3pm it was a ÂŁ15 charge. We decided to wait outside for the 30 minute minutes instead, some of our friends arrived in this time so we sat chatting in the sun, by 3:30pm we all went to check in to be told the room wasnât ready? It was a group booking but all with our names on the rooms. The receptionist did not listen to our names at all and became patronising towards the booker of the rooms when she finally realised she had messed up and found them once we showed proof. Due to some of our party arriving at different times we went to meet some of them downstairs to take them to the rooms we had, there names were written on the check in forms as requested by the not so lovely receptionist but she still decided to shout across the reception that we cannot let our own guests up to the room we have booked and they are staying in.
Incredibly loud room, doors slamming constantly. Wouldnât recommend.

Room nice and clean, bed comfortable shower great. But there was no hot water for the sink to have a wash and shave. So it spoilt in the morning.

"Not what I would expect from Premier Inn"
Terrible restaurant with very mediocre food both in the evening and at breakfast the room and the bathroom looked worn and dated. Avoid!
