    "Very basic bare minimum needs a lot of improvement"
    Its a nice hotel but im in a wheelchair doorways are just about big enough to get through but only if you have a standard wheelchair no adjustable bed food was great though what i had wifi is disgusting even if you pay for it 9mps id hate to think what speeds there free one was and seeing as i booked an accessible room you think they would do better for the cost

    We have just returned from another great stay at the hotel. We have been coming here for 10 years now and the standard of service has always been excellent. It very convenient as just off the m62 and more importantly close to our family. I would like to say thank you to Karen and molly for their help on both reception and at breakfast. Easy to say that we will be staying here again in December.

    Very friendly staff. Nice clean and comfortable room. Felt sorry for the staff having to explain what could and couldn't be ordered under the 'Meal Deal' that we'd booked (for dinner & breakfast). A problem that could have been solved by the chain printing the information on the menu beforehand - there were some daft choices!

    Staff were first class and couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was very good with a great selection. Been there on numerous occasions and never had a bad stay Sammy was great and very friendly and helpful Don’t know the names of the rest of the staff but I will make a point of remembering them as they were all brilliant Definitely recommend Only thing wrong was the bar shut at 9 pm on the Saturday but I had had a long day already and at my age was ready for bed 😂
    "Brilliant management of severe food allergies"
    Welcoming staff, lovely room in hotel. The most outstanding quality was the management of my son's severe food allergies in the restaurant. Karen was exceptional at ensuring his food was safe, his meal was delicious and his experience was extremely positive. Many thanks
