Leeds Headingley hotel

Had a brilliant stay when in the area for a rugby game, staff were faultless and the room was on point. Our breakfast was top notch like we have grown accustomed to now when staying in a premier inn

Location was great for what we visited for, atmosphere was great, room was great, clean and comfortable bed, breakfast was about a 3 out of 5

Location rooms service staff food free car parking all excellent Value for Money Car parking signage needs attention but once you know where to park I suppose it’s okay

We stayed for 2 nights in a Premier+ room on the 6th floor This was a return visit after 2 years – free on-site car parking – being in Headingley it is close to some really good and interesting restaurants – there is a large Sainsburys next door – and there is a regular bus service into the city centre – and it offers Premier+ rooms Room fine – views over residential Headingley – being in the middle of a July heatwave we enjoyed the efficient air conditioning – and benefitted from the fridge – it was quiet and dark at night – breakfast standard Premier Inn – enough to start the day We weren’t disappointed by our return to this hotel – it was a comfortable and convenient experience – and as ever the staff were as ever welcoming and attentive – we would return – Thank you

Awoke to find no water in the bathroom for whatever reason. Unable to wash, shower, clean teeth or make a drink. Totally ignored when we made a complaint to "Customer Services", did not respond to our complaint. In the past we've always thought that Premier Inn were excellent value, but on this occasion I can't leave a positive review.
