Leeds East hotel

We had a lovely stay at the Premier Inn Leeds East (Selby Road). From the moment we arrived, Jamie at reception made us feel so welcome. He checked us in smoothly, guided us through everything we needed to know, and couldn’t have been more helpful or pleasant. Nothing was a problem for him, and he’s a fantastic representative of the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our stay. We stayed here because it was where we wanted to be for an event, and great value, with free car parking. We added breakfast when we arrived and it was excellent and brilliant value. Everything was as expected with a few extra positives: very friendly welcome and staff throughout, great location, really nice touches for kids (Easter treat, ginger biscuits in reception), and really handy tea bags / coffee to collect at reception. Room was very well stocked (hairdryer, fan, enough handwash etc) and everything went perfectly. The breakfast was particularly good - better quality than expected in a nice setting.

The location is amazing, super close to a shop and a retail park with McDonald's, Sainsburys etc. From the moment I walked in the door it was so warm and welcoming. There's a kids corner that's got Easter colouring pages, lollies and cookies! My son loved this addition! The room is perfect, it's clean, everything was ready for us to climb into bed! For the price I paid I'd happily come again! It is amazing! I asked for an extension lead as I have a few things I need to charge for the following day and within seconds I had one for my room! I haven't heard any cars the whole time I've been here which is lovely and my room is looking on the car park so movie level is a 0. The lady behind the desk(Sharon) is lovely and acknowledged my son and was having a laugh with me which is definitely what I needed after a 6 hour journey as single mum! Sharon was so helpful when I asked about food places and even explained the route to me!

We stayed at this hotel from 11-13 of March this year. What a lovely experience.All the staff were so helpful,from front of house to the ladies in the breakfast room.Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The breakfast provided by Kelly and Debbie was beautiful all laid out and presented so well.We had the poached eggs which were perfect.We have stayed at many premier inns all over the place which have been nice but nothing has been up to the standard at Leeds East.Thankyou so much it has been a pleasure and a special thank you to the girls in the brafast room.
