Stayed overnight for work. Staff were lovely and friendly. Easy check in and a nice breakfast the next morning, just what you'd expect from a Premier inn stay.

We had booked for 3 nights on the second day the water tap temperature was very high and we asked for someone to look at it the manager twisted the tap and said don’t move it from there and you should be fine. She said moving us rooms wouldn’t be ideal for us and she doesn’t have any family rooms left. On my last night I did not sleep all night due to food poisoning I was on the toilet all night my husband went downstairs to the reception at 4am to get me a banana hoping it will sort my stomach out as we had a long journey back to London the next day. He asked for late checkout as I did not sleep all night due to stomach cramps and being on the toilet all night they only gave us 30 minutes extra. We were getting ready to leave the hotel and the manager bangs on our door screaming for us to leave. So was so rude and inconsiderate about our situation. I felt so uncomfortable as it was.
