"Dirty hotel with rats roaming!"
This hotel has massively gone down hill since we were last here approx 2 years ago. We have been going to this hotel annually on our visit to Leeds (with exception of last year) and it’s always been great. This year, however, it is a shadow of what it was. Rats roaming around the outside seating area, spoke to PI and they said it’s “ok because they are outside”… the reception toilets were scruffy with wee and poo, obviously not been cleaned that day! You now need to pay to park which I think should be wavered for guests considering it was brought in to combat people parking there for the football? Our room has hairs in the sink, poo stains on back of toilet and toilet roll not been replenished. That and a stain of blood or red wine on the floor. We were supposed to have breakfast but decided against it upon seeing how dirty the hotel was. Will not be going back!

Doesn't perform the basic function of a hotel... I was woken up by road noise and daylight at 5am. Had to check in using a machine so no one told me about paying for parking. The bar also closed early!
