"Poor experience"
It was such a shame after having so many good visits before but when told check it was 3pm, we failed to get the room until 15:45 which made us late for our planned event. We then booked breakfast which turned out to be cold and the eggs ordered failed to turn up. I was eventually offered my poached eggs 45 mins after when I had finished.

Clean, spacious, well equipped room. Large bed was unbelievably comfy. Location great for Elland Rd football stadium. Just a 20 minute walk. Warm welcome. Bar and restaurant on site. Extensive parking.
