"Work stay"
Always choose this Premier Inn when visiting Leeds for work £9per day for parking is much cheaper than anywhere else I’ve found. Rooms are basic, but really clean & the staff are great & very friendly. Breakfast is always fresh & hot, never had any issues

"Noisy - dont bother"
Good location close to the city centre. Parking is charged at £9/night
The room was very noisy and I had disturbed sleep throughout the night.
Wouldn't stay again, would choose somewhere else.

"Lovely place"
Loved this hotel. Extremely fair price. Room was big & tidy. Plenty of parking, you pay as you leave by scanning your ticket & entering your reg, just mention to reception that you drove. Check in was Extremely busy but handled well. There are lifts available. It was very busy but wasnt loud. Tea/coffee/alcohol available. Walking distance to venues. Other people had takeaways delivered. Room needed a dusting but was clean. Overall im really impressed & will visit again

"Corporate management ruining a once good brand"
We have always stayed here when visiting Leeds. The staff are lovely but recent cutbacks are questioning whether we will return. Claire who looks after the breakfast room is absolutely brilliant but less staff is making her role stressful. The breakfast which has always been reasonably good is now serving cheap sausages which are disgusting
When out at night especially when visiting first direct arena by the time you get back it’s often just after 11pm and the bar closes at 11pm. The bar is badly stocked by corporate buying rather than using local produce. There are so many hotels in Leeds maybe time for a change which is a shame
