"Excellent"
Thank you to Claire for her amazing service dealing with my nut allergy child. She attended to my child in a very calm, friendly and professional manner to explain and take his breakfast order.
Thank you for making his day, he was able to eat well as extra special attention was given towards his allergy.

"Disappointed"
In need of a facelift. The bedroom was drab. No cold water. Check in was not easy, if only there were staff to help!
Would not recommend this hotel.

"The arse of premier inns"
Horrible hotel in desperate need of a refurbishment.
We stayed in room 221 Friday and Saturday as we was celebrating our wedding anniversary and had an event to go to Saturday.
The restaurant was closed so had to go next door for food.
Then have an early night but oh no our room was next to the laundry room and in the spin cycle the tv shook on the wall as well as the unit.
The corridor outside our room sounded like someone had put squeaky toys under the carpet it was horrendous every time someone walked past.
I eventually found the hard to find staff and o told two of them on separate times and they had no interest whatsoever.
I put a complaint in on line as they promise a good nights sleep but even though I sent them footage of the noise they said sorry that doesn’t count in our policy !!
Staff have lied saying I never complained to them at the time which I certainly did.
We only stayed there as it’s close to project house for our event but in future we will stick ton the double tree in Leeds a million times better than this hovel

"All good"
Good location, easy parking, cozy room, great food and amazing staff. Also during Pride month it was fab to see Progress Pride bunting in reception.

"After breakfast and parking, it was a budget hotel at a premium price"
We stayed here for one night to attend a friend’s wedding party. We booked early check in. When we arrived, no one was at the front desk to check us in. The self check in doesn’t allow you to check in until 3pm. The maintenance guy eventually came in and said he’d find someone. We wait for nearly 15 minutes before someone appeared. The room was basic. Didn’t have enough towels for the two of us. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was an additional £22 on top of the room cost. Parking was another £9. So really quickly it was nearly £100 for the night. I wouldn’t stay there again for that cost. There are better class options nearby in the £100 ballpark that are much smoother. And if you’re hunting for a bargain, there’s also cheaper option nearby. This was too expensive for its budget feel.
