A reasonable location, not a local so I wouldn’t know any better. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room looked very run down and I wasn’t impressed with the cleanliness. On the surface things looked clean but it is very clear that it needs a deep clean and a revamp.
However, I slept well, felt safe but would probably chose a different hotel next time I’m in Leeds. Price was good for the 3 nights.

Tracey & Lindsey looked after us royally. Nothing was too much trouble. They did everything with a good heart and a smile. I especially appreciated having my room location changed for me (without me asking) as I was checking in, to provide me with a more accessible room. The hotel was very clean, and the service we got couldn’t have been better.

"The worst Premier Inn we have stayed at!! Premier Inns in the city centre are 5 star compared to this one"
Room smelt really bad when we opened the door into! Windows wide open so tells a story! Receptionist really helpful and found us another room which we were very grateful for, restaurant was shut so no food available and upon returning from a gig in the city to be told the bar was shut!!?
Cleanliness is not to the normal standard of a Premier inn , the carpets on the stairways were disgustingly dirty.
I will not return to this hotel.
