"Poor Premier Inn, standards have slipped"
I was very disappointed with this hotel. I’ve stayed in a lot of Premier Inns all over the UK and this was the worst I have stayed in. The reception staff weren’t very friendly and didn’t seem interested in their job. Cleanliness in the public areas and toilet weren’t very clean. The carpets were dirty. We normally have breakfast at Premier Inns, but because it didn’t feel clean it put us off staying for breakfast. The room was OK, but I had no bedside table to put my phone or drink on. The location was good for walking into Leeds city. It was only a 15 minute walk. I wouldn’t return to this hotel. It’s in desperate need of refurbishment.

Whatever you do never stay here! The staff just sit in their back room ignoring paying guests and shut the bar at 9.40 as they cannot be bothered!! The worst premier inn ever

Large room with super-comfortable bed, and very clean bedroom and bathroom. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good. The restaurant next door was convenient and delicious.
The only slight issue was having to step up 2 ft into the bathtub for the shower, it was not a problem for me but could be for some. Otherwise, I had an excellent stay, and would stay here again.

This Premier Inn is crying out for some love..... A refresh, renovation etc. I last visited 13 years ago (I used to stay here regularly for work) and it's now so tired & faded.
From the signage to the towels in my room it needs some TLC.
I also stayed for 2 nights & my room didn't get serviced between nights. When I asked I was told you have to ask at reception (but nothing in my room advised this and I'm not clairvoyant).
It was also expensive for what it was.
Absolutely adequate for a work trip where I slept & showered and spent very little time in room. But, I wouldn't stay for a social trip
