"Great location, great staff"
Have been stayoing at the Whitehall Road Premier Inn regularly since it first opened, so 7-8 years. Some of the original staff are still there doing a great job (special mention for Tracey). There are fewer staff now than when I first started to stay there which puts a lot of pressure on the current staff - they are spread too thinly. Having said that, the location is very convenient for the city and business stays and is always clean and comfortable. My home from home in Leeds!

"Ideal location for the city centre and travel network"
The hotel is very clean with helpful staff. It is ideally situated for the city centre to the bars, restaurants and entertainment venues. Easy access to the main roads and railway station. I would recommend and use again.
"Mouldy room, below the usual standard."
On entering the room smelt musty but I didn't think too much of it, dumped my stuff and headed out. On returning back for the evening I started coughing and just assumed it was a bit dusty. From 4am I was awake coughing. It wasn't until I went to shower that I realised the bathroom had a mouldy ceiling and mould growing down runs in the walls. I stay here regularly and this experience was below par. Perhaps a bad room (105) but there are no excuses for this level of issues in what is usually a reliable chain.

Lovely Premier Inn to stay. Great location , walking distance from Leeds Train Station. Spacious and airy hotel. Rooms clean, comfortable and quiet. Bar/lounge/dining area very comfortable. Lovely ambience. Staff very friendly and helpful. A Big thankyou to Charlie on reception and bar/ restaurant for ensuring my stay was comfortable and for your assistance. Will be staying here again. Highly Recommend.
