"Bathroom smell, suggests not properly cleaned"
The room was good, the bed was comfortable and it was decent value for money. However, the bathroom had a strong odor of urine, which became apparent once the perfume smell which had been used to mask it, wore off. This made me feel as if the bathroom was unclean and not cleaned properly, there was also a lightbulb out. If it wasn't for this I would definitely stay again, but because of this issue, I'm not sure.
"A pleasant stay "
We had an early check in and were greeted by a pleasant man. It was quite quiet and the room we stayed in was comfortable and clean. I did realise there was a distinct smell but it seemed to have disappeared within a few minutes. I think it was due to the cleaning. The bathroom was clean but the bathroom was high up. I slightly struggled getting in and out of the bath for a shower. Overall a pleasant stay as the hotel is situated in an ideal place near the train station and town centre.
"One night stay with two children"
We always look to stay at a premier inn when visiting for football at Elland Road. Unfortunately the hotel was under staffed for dinner Saturday evening & quality of food was poor. Staff on were friendly & polite but clearly up against it. Will stay again as you cant knock the value for money staying at a premier inn but improvements in the areas mentioned wouldn't go amiss.
"Great location, great staff"
Have been stayoing at the Whitehall Road Premier Inn regularly since it first opened, so 7-8 years. Some of the original staff are still there doing a great job (special mention for Tracey). There are fewer staff now than when I first started to stay there which puts a lot of pressure on the current staff - they are spread too thinly. Having said that, the location is very convenient for the city and business stays and is always clean and comfortable. My home from home in Leeds!
"Amazing stay"
A very lovely peaceful sleep and amazing stuff very helpful.. I would highly recommend anybody to use this Premier Inn enjoy
