"Would stay again"
Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Room in good order. Bed comfortable. Food very good. Modern facilities. Air con.
"Lovely staff at whitehall road."
Smart decor, top notch cleanliness, good food especially the breakfast and the beds are soooooo comfy. The thing that far outweighs all of the above are the staff. Paul helped us to register and highlighted the special meal deal which we went with. I had the gammon with pineapple it was lovely. The breakfast was amazing such a large choice and for anyone with a big appetite as much as you wanted. Normally hotel sausages are dry and a bit sawdusty ( I'm sure some of you know what I mean) but these were so meaty and juicy. The young breakfast chef (Morgan) was a delight to talk with, his front of house skill is excellent. Would recommend this hotel and look forward to the next stay.lovely
"The best stay you could have"
Just love this hotel above all others. The staff are amazing, always exceptionally helpful, cheerful & work as a family rather than a team. The rooms are always comfortable, the bed is super comfortable

Lovely friendly team who were welcoming and very helpful. Great location in the centre of Leeds. Easy to get to from the Station.

Lovely comfortable bedding, quiet & easy walking distance from train station & shops. Promotion had a free breakfast which was delicious, hot & cold included. Clean, quiet & highly recommend. Cons, the parking right next door very extensive but NCP car park only 10 mins walk £10 cheaper for overnight stay
