"Returning visit to Leeds City Centre"
We found this centrally located hotel a number of years ago, visiting Leeds annually. Within a 7 min walk from the train st, 12 min walk to city centre shops and 22 min walk to the coach st. So reasonably priced too. The polite, attentive, helpful and knowledgable staff here are part of why we will only use this hotel in Leeds. We pay the £26.99 2 course evening meal & a drink plus buffet, offering a huge selection of hot/cold breakfast items. The choice of starters/mains were VAST, and can recommend the chicken tikka skewer starter and chicken burger main. We wanted to add a pudding for only an extra £3, but was too full. My friend and I want to make a special mention to staff members Shaun and Mikey, whom greeted us upon arrival, and again at our evening meal, even helping us choose from the vast choices, and again at breakfast, making a point of saying hello. They are a real credit to this hotel, and Premier Inn, and hope management reward them accordingly for their professionalism and incredible hard work. See you next time.

"A great night's escape place!"
We were only staying for one night, but were pleasantly surprised with both the location and the rooms. Light and airy, with lots of floor to ceiling windows in the reception/bar area, it made a change to other hotels we have stopped in. Friendly and helpful staff, great selection of drinks and offers on these, we enjoyed a couple of drinks here before setting out on the town.
Room: a Premier Plus room, with coffee maker, kettle and fridge, a nice comfy chair to relax in, bit TV to watch (we didn't) and a small dressing table for ladies to get ready at. The bathroom was a nice size and the touch of luxury with Baylis and Harding shower/hair get was nice.
Restaurant: We didn't eat here on the evening but we did enjoy a leisurely breakfast before departing. We had opted for the full English, rather than just continental and were not disappointed. Great value for the price, we have fruit and yoghurt, juice, bacon, egg, hash brown, black pudding and sausages. And followed it with pancakes, pastries and washed it all down with a couple of cappuchinos. Lovely as usual and worth every penny. Will definitely be back when going out in Leeds again.
Disadvantage: no parking on site but it is just 5 minutes walk to the NCP on Wellington Place (£25 for 24 hours - cheaper that other car parks in the city)

"Breakfast"
Caught up with some friends for breakfast who had been staging in Leeds. Great location and the food was great but I did think it was a bit odd that one of the waiters was in shorts, maybe he has spilt a drink on his uniform?

"Storage at premier Inn - Declan"
Was straight forward with drop off. Declan made it very easy for us as his customer service skills were incredible. He was extremely polite and made our experience completely worthwhile. Would definitely use again.
