"Not the best!"
Very disappointed. Broken lights, broken net curtain rail, bathroom tile grouting was mouldy. Breakfast was good but the evening meal was abysmal.

Lovely friendly team who were welcoming and very helpful. Great location in the centre of Leeds. Easy to get to from the Station.

Lovely comfortable bedding, quiet & easy walking distance from train station & shops. Promotion had a free breakfast which was delicious, hot & cold included. Clean, quiet & highly recommend. Cons, the parking right next door very extensive but NCP car park only 10 mins walk £10 cheaper for overnight stay

My wife and I have just returned from another stay at this hotel, which we both find perfect for our needs. Travelling by train, it’s only a 5 minute walk, if that, from the station and the city centre is close by too, although there are plenty of buses available if required. Two people I must mention .. Ellie and Paul Ellie is a Duty Manager. I made our booking a few months ago and shortly after, I saw an offer online which included free breakfasts with any stay. I phoned, then emailed the hotel asking whether my wife and I were entitled to this offer. Ellie very kindly added free breakfasts for us. We’ve stayed at the hotel before and will certainly stay again .. a manager who is happy to reward loyal customers is always a great asset to any organisation. Well done Ellie and thanks once again. Unfortunately during our stay she was not on duty as I would have liked to thank her face to face. Secondly, many thanks to Paul. Having had problems with bag storage in the past (albeit only once, with the Liverpool One P.I.) we were worried about the ability to store our cases when we arrived in Leeds quite early. As we approached the front door of the hotel, Paul was on his way out .. Quick as a flash he said Good Morning to us and asked if we wanted our bag stored. During our stay we spoke to him a number of times and he was always very pleasant, even once making a joke with my wife .. all in the nicest possibly way. He is another great asset for the Leeds Whitehall Road P.I. We were able to leave our bags too on our last day. This helps residents as well as letting the staff get on with the cleaning of rooms. TAKE NOTE LIVERPOOL ONE P.I.
"Excellent for business or pleasure"
Excellent service from the moment we arrived to leaving, from all the staff but particularly Sean and tracey. They couldn't do enough for us, from offering drinks all day to checking in on us while working. Would highly recommend for business or leisure and we will be back. Saira & Janice
