Leeds City Centre (Whitehall Road) hotel

Beautiful rooms for a great price, super convenient location close to the city centre Callum and Declan were absolutely lovely when we were having drinks in the bar area, Declan said it's his first time time doing the Rhubarb and Raspberry Gin Sour and it was absolutely beautiful

Staff are absolutely lovely, Callum and Declan was really helpful and assisted with what we needed. Cocktails were absolutely delicious especially the rhubarb & raspberry gin sour which Declan said he had never made before due to it being a new one so top marks for a great cocktail.

just wanted to leave a little review about our stay at Premier Inn — honestly, it was such a lovely experience from start to finish. My husband and I stayed recently and everything was just spot on. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing break together. It’s the kind of place where you can properly switch off and feel looked after. But what really made our stay stand out was Callum, one of the team. He was absolutely incredible — so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and he really went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to come across that level of care and attention, and it made such a difference to our stay. You can have a nice hotel, but it’s the people that make it memorable — and Callum definitely did that for us. We’ll 100% be back. Thank you for such a great stay!

Came to Leeds for a few days with granddaughters to see Yungblud who was fabulous, this hotel was perfect location for train station, shopping and a nice walk to the arena, had breakfast both mornings which was lovely and big shout out to waitress Tracy ( think that’s her name) Lovely stay and will definitely return

Came to Leeds for an overnight stay at premier Inn as myself and my daughter had tickets to go and see Yungblud in concert at Leeds First Direct Arena. We wanted to stay in a premier hotel as they never fail us where ever we go and Premier Inn Whitehall Road didn’t disappoint. Fab hotel, great price, and the location was perfect for the arena and Leeds shopping centres. We had a friendly warm welcome as soon as we arrived, room was lovely and exactly what we wanted for our stay. One staff member Morgan went above and beyond for us as we were pushed for time and needed to eat early doors before heading to the arena at 5pm and although food service at the hotel didn’t start until 5pm, Morgan very kindly came in early to make us some food before we had to go which was so lovely of him to do for us and we can’t thank him enough, that little touch made our evening go so smoothly and we didn’t need to stress about time or finding somewhere to eat. The food he made was tasty and we throughly enjoyed it. The following morning we were greeted by a lovely staff member who was on the breakfast service, she was so welcoming and very interested in asking how our evening went and if we’d had a lovely time which we felt was so lovely of her to ask. Breakfast was brilliant, everything was set out lovely and the breakfast was cooked to our liking. Delicious! Overall we had a wonderful night and a very pleasant stay and already planning to come again!
