      "What brilliant staff"
We didn’t stay here but I will be next time I visit Leeds. My car broke down near here last week and the staff went all out to assist us in any way they could. We had drinks and crisps, used the facilities and charged our phones. They allowed us to park there and looked after our car keys until the breakdown truck arrived. Each and every member of staff were polite, courteous and helpful!
      "Overall Very Happy"
Overall very happy with my stay. Bed extremely comfortable and the shower - hot and great pressure. Better than mine at home! The only complaint I have is with the TGI Friday's being closed next door, I really can't see why some form of food cannot be available later in the day. Even if it is just pizza, garlic bread, chips or nachos. Even if just cooked from frozen bought from the Tesco down the road!
"Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Friendly staff."
The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Usual comfy bed, pillows and a good shower. This Premier Inn is a little run down but the location is good for the city centre and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK but the cooked food could be better. Onsite parking is £9 per night. We went to a nice Indian restaurant (Indian Pakwaan) which is about a 30 minute walk.
      "Only just okay"
The appearance of this premier inn is rather run down as it is between two businesses which are permanently closed. The entrance is cramped, and is used as a booking desk, seating area and bar. The car park is big but tatty and I can not understand why we had to pay for parking, especially £9 a night. The staff were welcoming and friendly and our room was a typical neat and tidy premier inn room, with comfy beds. Unfortunately the plug in our sink was permanently down meaning we had to scoop the water out. We didn't tell the staff as we were hardly there and they were very busy with a very large group of rowdy men
      "Great stay!!!!!"
Lovely friendly and helpful staff. The rooms smell good and are super clean. The room are so quiet and peaceful. Only draw back we had was the pillows where way to hard. But our stay was very very good. It's close to the city centre but has some good night life on its door step
