"Average at best"
Second visit here and it has really went down hill however they are in the middle of a refurb of bar/ restaurant which was badly needed . Hopefully this will help . Anyway we were at an event at st the first direct arena so through work they had booked 14 rooms . Arriving at 4pm 3 of the rooms not quite ready , the virtual check in was broken ( along with one of the lifts ) so a queue out the door to start with My room had an actual musty smell in it ( accessible room) which was not nice . The bed was comfy and everything there that you needed , well except fridge which they don’t provide Now the breakfast!!! We knew the restaurant would be closed however we were told there would still be provisions . So tea: coffee , fruit and stale croissants 🥐. Not good at all . We crossed the road t Wetherspoons to get our breakfast so overall not the best stay . Other than the location to the arena
"Hotel stay"
Stayed at the premier inn while going to Leeds areana for a concert with my daughter, I found it very clean and comfortable ,the room was quite spacious , I would stay here or any other again.

Excellent location for Leeds arena. Very much better than expected. Premier inn has upped its game. Clean spacious room with large shower room, usb ports next to large comfy bed. All in all excellent
"Purple Velvet Hangers"
Premier inn clay pit lane is a good branch its convenient but pushed backed opposite first bank direct Arena with lots of walking cycling and jogging but still very close to shop trains buses etc…
"Perfect hotel for a concert"
Absolutely brilliant stay. So easy for the arena. Staff are friendly and polite. Room was perfect,from the size of the room to the comfort of the bed. Definitely would stay here again without a doubt.
