Leeds City Centre (Leeds Arena) hotel

Our stay at Leeds arena was amazing couldn't have been any closer to the stadium ,the parking was off site but again couldn't have been any closer and was easy to find the hotel .the staff were very friendly and there was a lady on the morning when we had breakfast couldn't have gone out of her way anymore to help people I'm so sorry but didn't get her name ,breakfast was lovely and the rooms were nice and clean couldn't have asked for a better hotel for location( close to city centre too) and

Booked the Premier Inn as my friend and I were seeing Rick Ashley on 19 April 2026 at Leeds Arena, just across the rood, so convenient. Whenever Im in Britain always use Premier Inn because of it good quality for a fair price and you know what to expect. After check in and booking a table for 6 pm (noted on the sheet there were 3 table booking at half hour intervals -hold that thought - we went to our which which did not disappoint, clean and airy, bathroom was clean and fresh and modern. We wandered down at 5.45 for dinner but advised that we could not enter the dining room until our alloted time - fair enough We order our meals at around 6.10 as we were aware we wanted to be at the arena in plenty of time. We ordered a steak and a burger - not complicated or time consuming dishes to prepare. at 6.30 we asked how long our meals would take to arrive -no reply and we noticed other couples were betting frustrated at the length of time their food was taking to arrive. At 645 we said that we needed to leave at 7 ish so could she tell us how long we would be waiting. 10 minutes later our food arrived. It was not piping hot, my peas showed signs of having been under a heat lamp - shrivelled up and no mushroom - it was only palatable. We asked if we could have our sweets but even those were delayed - semi-freddo - surely just decanted from a box or mould - no!!! so we were given those on our return from the concert at 11 pm!!! Many patrons in the restaurant were very angry as their meals were taking so long to arrive. I am very disappointed as this has been the worst experience that I have had with Premier Inn and I spend a lot of money with them through out the year. I would like some sort of explanation as to why a chef, whose job it is to produce uncomplicated food took so long to prepare such simple meals when he only had 3 covers every 30 minutes.

We came here for an event at the arena and were quite disappointed. The check in system is idiotic and dispiriting.it is largely led by machine which is not unlocked by staff until 300pm.they then had to help people work the machines which seemed counterproductive. The premier plus room was very large as was the bathroom but very dark even in daylight brcause of the thick netting.there was no internal noise but we got very little sleep because the room was very warm and there was a very loud creaking noise which we could not identify.we couldn’t tell whether it was caused by the heating or dripping but was very intrusive.The bathroom fan was unpleasantly loud and ther was a very dubious stain on the toilet seat.we would only stay here again if at the arena for which it is unn We

Very good location and breakfast. Parking over the road £12 24hrs. You could order a beer in the arena from your hotel room it’s that close.

Lovely clean hotel, beds very comfortable. Although room was a little cold. Breakfast there was a good choice of food, and very tasty. However, Toaster was very slow to toast bread. Also went up to hot buffet, no eggs, bacon, beans or tomatoes- waited 10 minutes for hot food to be replenished 🤦🏻‍♀️ Good car park nearby £12 for 24hrs. We were going to the Arena, so hotel was perfect location, literally over the road 👍 Would most definitely stay here again,
