    "A depressing and unloved hotel."
    Here are the positives: 1. Friendly welcome 2. Big car park 3. Close to the airport 4. Parking whilst away was provided just around the corner at Sentinel And the improvements 1. Probably one of the most miserable and sad places we’ve stayed at. 2. Pub that is adjacent is even worse, what a sad place. 3. Overall of you want to feel depressed before your holiday get yourself booked in.
    "Worst Premier Inn I've stayed in for years"
    Reception was friendly and hel;pful but it went downhill from then. Room was tired and unloved. Bed was comforable but that's the best I can say. As usual the breakfast room was part of a large pub next door. It was completely lacking warmth and was very bare - almost like they'd stripped it out to refurbish it. The food quality was very poor and the atmosphere was depressing. Waitress was helpful and friendly. I use Premier Inn a lot but I won't be using this one again unless it undergoes a complete refurb

    Stayed overnight for the first time on a stopover. Check in was friendly and smooth. Walked from Leeds Bradford Airport - took 20 minutes. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Nice shower. Room had AirCon unit and little desk if you needed to work. Tea and kettle in the room. Vending machine in reception which sells snacks and soda. Hairdryer and plenty of sockets. Tv was good too. Lots of channels. There’s a restaurant attached to the hotel which serves food and drinks. A very positive experience. Would return.
    "Horrible horrible experience and it isn't done yet"
    Absolutely weeping awful. Been coming here 20 years from the USA but NEVER AGAIN. The restaurant is like a graveyard and they are out of this and out of that.. They charged me for parking and I paid with my card so I can prove it. They then told Horizon Parking that I had not paid, and they reported it to Enterprise car rental, and they sent me a bill for a "fine" AND a 35 pounds ADMIN CHARGE... They are either incompetent or dishonest. *I have spent all day on this here in Wisconsin... they refuse to publish an email address an only have an expensive premium line phone.. I am SO DONE with them
    "Poor Quality Hotel."
    My husband stayed at the Premier inn at Yeadon, Leeds/Bradford Airport and what a disappointment, It cost £125 for an overnight stay and two breakfast, on arrival we were then told that parking was not included in the price and we would pay £7.00 extra on the morning of departure. The room was in need of updating as first impression was a very dated room, at least the bed was comfortable to sleep in. It is what it is just a stop over but it's not very welcoming. We went for breakfast the following morning and ordered a full English breakfast, when it arrived the food was only lukewarm and my baked beans were cold, when I complained I was asked did I want it microwaved, for the price paid the standard was very poor. We definitely wouldn't recommend it for the price they charge. We won't be going back to stay.
