Leeds / Bradford Airport hotel

The worst Premier inn we have stayed in and we have used many all over the country hence we believed the standard would be same how wrong we were. Beds hard and no lift for an airport hotel. Think twice about booking here. If you have mobility issues and no ground floor rooms are available as in our case these had been allocated to able bodied people and seniors as we are both using walking aids were sent up stairs.

Arrived car park nearly full and they now charge £7 per night. No one to greet us at reception, rang buzzer several times and waited, alas no one appeared so after 10 mins went across to the bar to enquire about reception and a young lady appeared who was very polite and apologised as her buzzer receiver was not working again. Check in then was fine. We decided to visit the bar for a drink and asked if we could have the bar tv on, to be informed "it's Broken" so no! Sat down and within 15 mins was asked to drink up or leave as they were closing. The batman was not very customer friendly. Having stayed a few times now the whole place, hotel and bar requires a complete refurbishment as it's all looking very tatty. Won't be staying until you spend some money on improving it.

Fantastic location for the airport—couldn’t get any closer unless staying at the airport itself, which made it incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is pretty basic but had everything we needed for a one-night stay. We were leaving around 2:30 am for our flight, so we weren’t there long, but the essentials were all there. The main city center was also not far, so we went to get some food and brought it back to the hotel with no issues. Noise from other guests was not a concern. The receptionist was absolutely brilliant. I had mixed up our arrival days, but they helped us amend the booking without any problems and made us feel very welcome. They even provided free parking as a goodwill gesture after our booking issue, which was really appreciated and made our pre-holiday experience stress-free. Nobody wants extra stress before a holiday, and this was resolved immediately. On top of that, the receptionist recommended food places to try outside of the hotel restaurant and explained everything clearly, which was extremely helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone needing a convenient stay near the airport. It has everything you need for a short stay, and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

First time stay, one night only but Emma was fantastic. Evening meal spoilt by old man watching football on his phone, no consideration for anyone else. Ordered pizza, needed a steak knife to cut through the crust. Emma took pity on me and offered an alternative, but it looked so good, I declined the offer and enjoyed the none edges lol. Cooked breakfast was not buffet style but cooked to order, didn't go as expected or as ordered, again Emma was superb with offers of an alternative or re-cooked. We waited so long after ordering we were hungry so we declined and tucked in. When we got home, I realised I had left some items in our room, called reception and Emma answered, not only did she locate my stuff, she posted them to me. Outstanding service from Emma. Will stay again just for Emma's customer service.
