"Have been to better Premier Inns. Being near airport is best thing it's got going for it."
Not the best of Premier Inns but handy for the airport. No lift Undergoing renovation . Felt front desk had no empathy that there was no lift so we both struggled with our bags (my wife is in her 80s). No offer to help. Cool reception when I asked if they offered alarm calls. Currently no proper breakfast or restaurant.Packed car park,

Excellent receptionist. Nothing too much trouble. Didnât get her name but checked in on 24 May 2026. Had accidentally booked a double room for me and my mum. Asked for a twin and receptionist made up a new room for us. Super friendly and welcoming, helpful with local points of interest etc. slept well and ideal for early morning flight.

Fab stay, would deffo recommend, carol on reception was lovely, she was very knowledgeable about local places to eat, I had a problem with my booking and she sorted it out with no fuss. Thanks Carol!

Ive never been 1 to stay in a hotel but because I fly here tomorrow it was more convenient for me to stay over, carol couldn't of been more welcoming and any questions I did have she answered all for me shes a great member of staff and made me feel at ease, brilliant
