Very disappointing stay
I’ve stayed at this Premier Inn several times before and have always been happy, but this visit was very disappointing.
The room was tired and in need of refurbishment, and the bathroom smelled strongly of stale urine. We reported this to reception and asked to move rooms but were told none were available. We were given a Guest Relations card and told to complain after our stay.
Our sleep was also disturbed by noise outside our room after midnight, making it a poor start to our holiday.
To make matters worse, I submitted a formal complaint as instructed but unfortunately didn’t receive an adequate response. Sadly, this experience has seriously damaged my confidence in Premier Inn.

Peaceful at night to sleep but Carol who was on the reception desk was a rude horrible lady. Her attitude was awful.

Even though it's under construction are over night stay was a good experience, the receptionist carol was very welcoming and chatty with us everything was clean and there was a free breakfast choice but we left it as we left at 5am very satisfied and will be staying again .

"Have been to better Premier Inns. Being near airport is best thing it's got going for it."
Not the best of Premier Inns but handy for the airport. No lift Undergoing renovation . Felt front desk had no empathy that there was no lift so we both struggled with our bags (my wife is in her 80s). No offer to help. Cool reception when I asked if they offered alarm calls. Currently no proper breakfast or restaurant.Packed car park,
