"Overnight stay for concert at piece hall"
Nice premier inn, friendly staff, kept nice & clean & well organised Great location for restaurants & concerts at piece hall
    "Loud extractor fan"
Kept awake from 6am from loud noise of extractor fan outside of bedroom window, upon check out was no members of staff about to raise the issue with
    "Great First-time Experience"
This was my first time staying at this hotel. I chose it primarily for its proximity to The Piece Hall where I was attending a concert. Everything about my stay was wonderful. The room was well appointed and clean. The staff members at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast (full English) each morning was outstanding. The 10 minute walk to the Piece Hall was easy and safe both during the day and at night. My only “criticism” is that my Uber driver from the airport had a difficult time finding a place where he could drop me off at the hotel. He circled around a couple of times and eventually parked in the nearby car park when I took the elevator to the bottom and landed right in front of the front door of the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any traveller needing a hotel in the Manchester/Halifax area.
"Premier inn have really upped their game, fantastic staff, superb food and really friendly staff"
We've stayed here twice this week. What aelight. I've always liked the premier inns, great beds, good showers and comfortable basic rooms. But they r really upped their game. Milly in reception was brilliant. Very friendly with a lovely smile and really helpful. Our room, 115 was a bit bigger than usual. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was superb. Toast, fresh fruit, crumpets, yoghurt unlimited coffee, but the piece de resistance was the cooked breakfast. You can have what you like but it's not a Buffett with stale, luke warm food. You can see the cook in the middle of the restaurant cooking all your food. It's fresh, tasty, hot and delicious. I know premier inns have put their prices up but this one is worth it. We were seeing bands at the piece hall. This is a great place to stay.
    "Great stay"
Both my wife and I are disabled our room was nice and the wet room was great. We both have mobility problems and my wife uses a wheelchair. She can walk a little but needs help. Due to there not being any grab rails in the room so she could go to the path alone. Im struggling with walking at the moment and they'd help me too. They were very accomendating with my pilliw needs as my used two pillows, but because my neck is fused and point's downward I need 4 pillows to support it so I could sleep and not have a migraine. All your staff from the bar and restaurant treated us with respect and as normal people they did help bring some hot drinks to the table which I couldn't carry.
