"Amazing"
Everyone was brilliant from start to finish, good jokes and laughs, had a bit of a laugh as the photo shows with the food allergy, kind regards cucumber man and his friend.

This review is about one of the managers Sarah H. How amazing she was. I needed to get to the Asda maybe a 15 minutes walk before it closed to get some blister plasters and after her shift ended after 9pm ( and having to be back at work before 7am) she proactively offered to drive me in her own car to Asda and came in with me to help me and drove me back..and never asked me to give her a review or anything at all. Just instinctive kindness. Thank you so much

Busy hotel but we were well looked after by the staff especially Sarah H on reception. Although busy rooms were quiet. Comfortable and cool with the air conditioning.

As a disabled person the Staff were very helpful and friendly (Sarah H ) on reception. Rooms nice and clean . Close to train station and retail center . Would recommend staying here 👌
"Terrible experience"
Room 110 do not book loud extracter fan outside window so could not have window open room was very hot and Aircon was not working girl on reception met us with a awful attitude told us no other room to move us and the Aircon would not turn below 19 degrees due to babies being in rooms for heath and safety .... Never heard this before. Gave us a portable fan that rattled all night so with the heat and the noise we got no sleep and was extremely uncomfortable
