"Friendly and helpful"
Myself and my husband had a banging time and the staff were lovely. 🥰 Staff was very pleasant and help all staff Serena Sarah and Mia
"Awesome place."
Awesome experience, good food in the restaurant and a good selection of beers on the bar. Big shout out to Sarah, Mia and Sereena. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent stay .Rooms where spotless.Staff so helpful and friendly .we will stop here again.Breajfast was well cooked and hot .
"Good as usual, but frustrating A/C problem"
This Premier Inn was frustrating. The A/C did not work. The girl at the front desk told me she would ‘reset’ it and that it would take a half hour to work. After a half hour of our room just getting hotter and hotter, I went back and a different worker said that she would move us to a different room. As I was walking away I heard her talking to another worker and saying things like “She should have just moved them immediately. She knew it wouldn’t work…” Ah well. The new room was plenty cool.

If you want to be an extra in the New Fast and Furious Castleford Edition or you love to be soothed to sleep by the sound of revving engines, popping exhausts and people who need to get a life then this is the hotel for you!! We stayed for 2 nights and it was hellish. They may as well have been doing handbrake turns at the bottom of our bed, the noise was ridiculous. The food in the restaurant was the worst Premier Inn food I’ve ever had and by the looks of things, the chef was working on his own. The waitress was a credit to the staff team, she was excellent. The location for this hotel is great but sadly I’d rather stick pins in my eyes than stay here again. Came home absolutely shattered with 2 shattered kids to boot. Appreciate this isn’t the staffs fault but surely they can liaise with local authorities, it’s got antisocial behaviour written all over it. Avoid (unless you’re Vin Diesel obvs)
