I recently stayed at Castleford Premier Inn, Wednesday 5th August until the morning of 6th August 2020. I am milk, tree nut and peanut anaphylaxis and upon arriving I told the staff this because I think its fair that staff know in advance. I was treated with upmost respect and the staff was conscientious from reception, waiting staff and right through to kitchen staff. I want to take this time to say Thank you for making me feel safe during my stay, service like this makes a huge difference to people with life threatening conditions. Please pass on my gratitude to all staff,

"Excellent hotel with thoughtful and caring staff!"

Considering the unfortunate circumstance of my stay at the Premier inn in Castleford the staff were absolutely amazing! I have to personally thank Sophie and Katie on reception for how kind they were. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the area. The hotel is good with kids and are extremely helpful in all situations. Thank you to all the staff at this hotel. Keep up the good work. You are all doing an amazing job!

"Very clean and recently refurbished"

I stayed at this hotel after lock down started recently and I was impressed with the COVID-19 protocol being adhered to and the cleanliness of the rooms are definitely noticed compare to last year. Every floor now has got a new security lock which only opens with your room card. The bathrooms and beds are all renewed and very clean. The bathrooms are now with bath tubs instead of cubicles. The restaurant is closed obviously which is a shame because I miss the good food. There are lots of fast foods like KFC, Nando’s, Pizza Hut, etc. around the hotel which you can have them delivered or collect.

"Pleasant stay"

Stayed 1 night, check in was quick and easy, staff very helpful and professional, Unfortunately restaurant is closed however, short walk over yo the Xcape complex where there are several restaurants providing takeaways. Good location for the M62 motorway, would recommend this hotel.

"Sarah and kyle"

Just wanted to leave a note to say Sarah and Kyle were tots Amaze. Very helpful with booking a room etc and a nice friendly welcome. Good location, lots of places to eat etc. Premier Plus room very clean and modern so all in all a good business stay.
