      "Good for a night with a baby"
      Third time staying here but first with a baby. The family room was clean, cot was a Red Kite travel cot, which we have used before so baby was used to it. As other reviews have said there is no mattress, but this cot isn't meant to have anything addional to the standard travel cot one. Friendly staff, quick check-in process and room was on ground floor which was great as there isn't a lift.

      Very clean, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and helpful. Only critisim is the travel cot had no mattress, so only had the hard bottom of the cot. We have experienced this in hotels before so take our own in case. All good otherwise!

      Firstly this review is 100% genuine. Usual Premier Inn ...reasonable reception good service. Rooms usual lack lustre without heating in bathroom and no room service.Not acceptable really.Interor tired could do with new colour scheme as usual depressing colour scheme.Breakfast wasn't very good either had much better.To be honest I don't know how Premier Inns stay in business as their standards are rapidly diminishing.

      2nd time Ive stayed here and the staff are really helpful & shout out to “Sharon” who is friendly and offers any assistance you may require & of course runs through the parking, make sure you register your car. Breakfast good and lady there helpful too. Thanks again and I will be back.

      Premier inn .. there all the same and to be fair there not to bad .. however the cost now to stay in them is very high .. especially if you book the day or a few days before .. I will always try and get an Airbnb and use prem inn as a last resort , purely to save some money ..
