Bradford Central hotel

Great service from Steph! Quick and easy check in from start to finish. Would highly recommend this premier inn to anyone coming in to Bradford just based on Steph’s service alone!

Good location very central, attentive staff

Ideally located just off the centre of Bradford, an absolute gem of a city worth exploring, and deservedly the UK Capital of Culture 2025. Clean rooms, efficient service and very pleasant and well-maintained hotel. Car parking is £3.50 for 24 hours just next door in a private car park. Warm, helpful and welcoming staff. Very much appreciated. Thank you.

Stay in their upgraded premium + room was true treat and luxury. Best room in Bradford! Every corner is designed for comfort and enjoyment. Very well looked after rooms. Simply the piece in city center. And thankyou Angela and Helen for your heartfelt service.

@premierinn ⭐ 1-Star Review – Premier Inn Bradford Central Disgusting room, broken air conditioning and extremely poor treatment by management I am extremely disappointed with our experience at Premier Inn Bradford Central. My partner and I were booked for 5 nights because we were attending a wedding function in Bradford. I am also a Premier Inn Business customer, so I expected a much higher standard from a hotel chain I have used and trusted. Unfortunately, the condition of our room was completely unacceptable. There was mould around the shower window seal and around the bath, and the handwash was absolutely disgusting. I have photographs showing the condition of the room. The air conditioning was also not working. The room became extremely hot and uncomfortable, and this had a particularly unpleasant effect on both of us because we have a skin condition which was irritated by the heat and made it extremely uncomfortable to sleep. The situation became particularly serious when my partner became so distressed by the heat that she suffered a panic attack and experienced breathing difficulties. I approached the duty manager, Nivanna, and asked if she could provide us with a fan. Rather than trying to help, she walked away from me and said, “I don't want to talk to you.” I find that response completely unacceptable. We were paying guests asking for basic assistance because the room was unbearably hot. I then raised the matter with the General Manager, Antara. Her response was also extremely disappointing. I was told: > “If you wasn't happy, you could have left and gone to another hotel.” We had booked five nights for a wedding in Bradford. We weren't staying for one night and casually deciding whether we liked the hotel. We had made our arrangements around the wedding and were relying on Premier Inn for our accommodation. What makes this even more disappointing is that Premier Inn itself promotes its Good Night Guarantee, stating that if guests don't have a great night's sleep, they may be able to claim a refund for the affected night, subject to the terms. Yet when we actually experienced conditions that made sleeping extremely difficult, we were effectively told to leave and find another hotel rather than being given a meaningful solution. The Bradford Central hotel also advertises air conditioning in all rooms, making the failure of the air conditioning particularly frustrating. Between the mould, disgusting handwash, broken air conditioning, extreme heat, skin irritation, lack of sleep and the way our complaints were handled, this was an extremely disappointing stay. As a Premier Inn Business customer, I expected much better. Why a guest who raised these issues was told they could simply leave and go to another hotel @PremierInn @PremierInnHotels — you advertise a Good Night Guarantee. We didn't get a good night's sleep, we raised the problems during our stay, and the response we received was to effectively leave and find somewhere else. Is this really how Premier Inn expects its Business customers to be treated? #PremierInn #PremierInnBradford #BradfordCentral #PremierInnBusiness #GoodNightGuarantee #HotelReview #HotelComplaint #CustomerService #Bradford #DisappointedCustomer #WeddingStay #Cleanliness #Mould #AirConditioning
