Horsham Town Centre hotel

The worst hotel we have ever been to. No advantages here at all. I stay here with my husband at the moment. Very dirty rooms (look at the attached pictures). We asked to changed our first room as is had no walking shower and the soap was covered in disgusting dirt. The hotel offered us a new room which is single. The bed is dirty so we have to sleep in our clothes that we normally wear outdoors. We highly recommend everyone who values basic human needs such as cleanliness to avoid this awful hotel.

Me and My husband checked in to Horsham from Malta for the weekend and was served by the most charming young man called Azi who helped us with recommendations and was always so lovely to us at reception, will be coming back!

Arrived very late but received a warm and helpful welcome. Room fine, staff and breakfast lovely. I regularly use Premier Inn - generally great value.

Premier Inn place a lot on their promise of a good nights sleep so I was surprised at my experience with this one. Positives- the hotel is in an excellent location, it is new, modern and clean and parking nearby is very convenient (if a bit of a rip off on weekdays). Breakfast is ok, we appreciated that kids were free if we paid for a breakfast as adults. However, we stayed in a family room and the bed was horrendous. The mattress was obviously worn out, sagging in the middle- you sat on it and immediately went down to the bed base- it was so soft- I am not a very heavy person by any means. Spent 3 nights with my husband and I trying our best not to roll into the centre of the bed involuntarily, and left exhausted and with a bad back. I only wish I knew about their good nights sleep guarantee as I would have absolutely asked for a refund it was that bad. Funnily enough when I complained about the mattress to the staff, asking if they could replace it or do something, while they were polite, they said there was nothing they could do (did not mention I could claim money back from premier inn -funny that). The fact they didn't even offer to at least turn the mattress to see if it helped was a bit poor? Having marketing all over the place touting their new amazing mattresses felt like a bit of a bad joke. Have had no choice but to book again for later in the year as I've family nearby and it is the best option for that, but I really hope the mattress is improved next time.

Had a lovely stay with the hotel. Great location and hotel very comfortable . Staff could not help enough. Would stay here again
