Horsham North (Horsham Station) hotel

Stayed at this premier inn and couldn’t recommend it more. Really clean and lovely friendly staff. Beds were really comfortable and the restaurant was really lovely. My kids really enjoyed the all you can eat breakfast.

Interesting stay. + Nice room, clean and spacious. Got two really good night sleeps. Staff you feel are trying their best in a challenging environment. - The bar - It used to be a beefeater and feels like something out of 28 days later with rationed supplies. No draught beer. Very limited drinks menu. Strange how bar is not open to non hotel guests who would be mad to go there. - The breakfast - Dirty tables everywhere, very short staffed, 45 min wait for breakfast and no buffer so you get what you order. Very limited stock of pastries. They ran out of things mid breakfast service. We went to Wetherspoons on second day - cheaper and quicker. Overall, I wouldn't recommend BUT the staff they do have go some way to papering the enormous cracks here. Just feels Premier Inn have abandoned this hotel.

Very old soft bed never slept properly all week building in dire need of a refurbishment was going too book additional night but was quoted £150 so decided to drive to Littlehampton and book somewhere else

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Good lighting and the bathroom had ample hot water. The room temperature was perfect for me and you could open the window slightly to get some fresh air. In the evening and through the night the hotel corridors were quiet with not too many people moving around. I did not sample the breakfast or main menu but the prices looked very reasonable. Overall my 2 nights stay was very enjoyable and Horsham town was a joy to visit. The premier Inn was also very near to the train station for easy access to Gatwick Airport for early flights.

Cheap and conveniently located for what we wanted but we were glad we hadn't booked breakfast! The welcome was pleasant and staff were helpful, the room was clean and the bed was comfy. We went to the bar to get a few drinks and were told they had no draft beer, we then tried to get soft drinks, and were told there was no draft soft drinks as the pump was broken. The member of staff looked embarrassed about it and I felt for her! This meant we ended up paying for higher priced bottled drinks (which were limited and they didn't have much stock of). The bar didn't have any atmosphere and it was a Saturday night, it would definitely benefit from being renovated!
