"Lovely Staff"
Me and my family booked in at this premier inn as it was close to the train station and we were wanting to travel into London the following day. My mother struggles with stairs and upon check in we were told we were assigned a room that wasn't on the ground floor. I explained our situation and Jay behind the desk was able to reassign both our rooms to be next to eachother on the ground floor. He was so kind and seemed genuinely happy to help us which made the experience so much nicer. The rooms were okay, not amazing but then again it's much cheaper than other local accomodation so definitely worth the money. I would come again just for the lovely service. I am sure had we have experienced issues the attentive staff would've been quick to help us.

"Horsham Station Hotel"
Great hotel, staff were friendly, bedroom was clean, bed was great with amazing pillows, bathroom clean, breakfast was excellent, waiting on staff were chatty and friendly, close to Horsham city centre and across the road from the train station. I would recommend and hopefully we will be going back.

"Very hot.."
Staff were amazing, very accommodating when it came to my baby who has an allergy (bought us a carton of oat milk when we mistakenly ran out) the room was super hot even with 2 very dusty fans to the point I had to take my overheating 1 year old outside just too cool down at 3am, my partner had very little sleep due to the heat then had to drive the long distance back home. Breakfast was okay, food was very overcooked (black pudding was so hard it could’ve easily broken a window) but again staff were accommodating when it came down to allergies.

"Very poor standard for Premier Inn"
Premier inn has always been our first choice of accommodation when travelling in the uk.
Unfortunately this recent stay has fallen way below all our previous stays due to the hotel being unclean, the room was unclean and so incredibly hot it was uncomfortable and made it impossible to sleep and relax. We were given 2 plug in basic fans which were full of dust and just blew it into the air.
We stayed for 2 nights and had booked the breakfast for both mornings which was very under par to say the least. On our last morning there was no pastry items available only hot food and it was 9am when we arrived and breakfast was being served until 10.30. There was only enough fruit juice available for one glass each and staff made no attempt to replenish items.
We were informed that if we wanted pastries we would have to wait 30 minutes for them to cook more. Surely if they were aware they were running low the items should have been replenished throughout the morning. The cooked breakfast was under cooked and lukewarm at best and was offered to warm it up in the microwave! This was encountered on both mornings. Suffice to say after paying for breakfast for 2 days we only managed to have fruit and yogurt on our final morning due to lack of food available and poor quality which was inedible.
We were left one bath towel in a double room booked for 2 people so had to find staff to request another towel.
This stay was far below the standards expected from Premier Inn on a whole and the staff as a whole appeared to be uninterested regarding complaints made and on 2 occasions were found at reception bad mouthing fellow guests who had also complained about similar issues we experienced.

"Overheated room = no sleep"
Everything fine except for the temperature of the room. We were booked for 4 nights with grandchildren aged 9 and 3. Every night the temperature was at least 30°, even though it was 15° overnight outside. None of us got any decent sleep, and woke up sweaty. The bathroom was even hotter. Mentioned it to reception and a second fan was put in the room, but that was completely ineffectual. Wouldn't stay here again. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, as far as they could be.
