Stayed here for the week with work. Excellent location for my commute, room was clean, staff were great, food reasonably priced and service very good. Big thanks to Laila, Dan and Luca for all their help

Upon arrival I checked in on a machine which was fast and efficient considering the front desk was busy.
However the lift was broken and I struggled to care a 30kg suitcase and bags up the stairs.
Room was a nice size z. Bed comfy.
Only grumble was that the net curtain from the window was just laying on the floor. Messy. Meant I had to keep the curtains closed as my window overlooked the busy station.
Staff were helpful. The night manager was especially friendly and sweet. Has a nice chat.

We have stayed many times in Premier Inn - Haywards Heath is a good location for Gatwick airport and staff very helpful. On this occasion we were very disappointed with some aspects - lift not working! difficult with four cases, no prawn cocktail or bananas for banofee pie desert at dinner and then no eggs at breakfast!
